"James (property manager) was so incredibly helpful. Assisted with organising taxis, gave us lots of information about what to do and where to go. We stayed here for one night before we took a ferry to Martinique (only a 10 min walk to the port) and one night on the way back, and he even kept our big suitcases safe for us so we only took smaller bags with us. The property is a great location for the ferry. The rooms are basic but really clean and have fridge kettle etc. To note, there aren’t really restaurants around, we had KFC for dinner because we arrived about 5pm and most things in Castries shut."

"This was a convenient location to stay for one night after coming in on the ferry. I only gave a "good" rating, because the room wasn't ready for our arrival (ie AC not on and then didn't work as well as we thought it would--I told management about it the next morning) and the grounds could use maintenance. There are lovely walkways, but some are covered with overgrown plants/leaves taking away from the beauty. The best part of this hotel is the full breakfast (US$12 per person) and the views of the ocean while you're enjoying it! (Thank you to the cook!)"

"What stood out for me, above everything else, was James, the owner of the property. Nothing was too much trouble. Whilst the rooms might be quite basic, and yes, you have to share a bathroom, the place is spotlessly clean throughout. In addition, the kitchen has everything you might need. And of course there is that AMAZING view across the harbour. Whilst the walk up the hill, to reach the property, is an inconvenience, it’s well worth it. Only a five minute walk to the ferry, this budget accommodation is a great choice for your springboard to or from the island of St Lucia."

"Having read all the reviews, we were confident of a wonderful holiday - little did we know that it would be the trip of a lifetime and worthy of at least 5 star experience. Ann and Danny welcomed us warmly. and from there on, nothing was too much to ask of them - from first hand information , recommendations and advice to extending a hand of friendship that we have not experienced before. As we booked late, we needed to move rooms to accommodate our dates which gave us the opportunity to experience 3 of their beautiful 6 room Guesthouse - each of which was spectacular in its own way - beautifully appointed, amazing views and a feeling of calm serenity which was so welcomed. Marigot Palms is just the most perfect location - right across the bay to a beautiful beach and within easy driving to the local beaches - all of which had a charm all of their own and made our 2 week holiday a very special holiday and we hope that one day we may be fortunate to visit Marigot Palms again - thank you Ann and Danny for your wonderful hosting."
