Well located hotel, poorly maintained, there is no good temperature control in the rooms and they also have very noisy ventilation equipment. The associated restaurants have very little variety of dishes.

Muy buena ubicación, vistas increíbles, buenas habitaciones, cómodas y limpias. Respecto a las instalaciones del hotel se nota que la cadena está invirtiendo poco y no está reformando algunas partes lo cual le da un aspecto que no es el que corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Uno de los spa estaba cerrado, y no lo era por reformas, lo que provocaba que el único spa disponible estuviera con mucha gente. El gimnasio está muy bien y apenas hay gente. Respecto al desayuno es completo y bueno.

Un buen hotel, ideal para recorrer la isla desde allí. Piezas muy cómodas. Servicio de mucamas excelente. Desayuno bueno , pero mejorable. Faltan opciones de huevo al instante, variedades de pan y jugos naturales. Se agradecería poder pedir huevos pochados u omelette. Muy buen spa, para disfrutar al regreso de cada dia. Solo tres tinajas , que se hacen poco. Falta servicio habitación para comida. Llegamos a las 11 de la noche, con niños , y no encontramos donde comer algo. Buena atención del personal.

Piezas se desarman, literal me cayo una pieza de madera al lado del pie en el baño, percheros sueltos, piso sucio, spa parecian casilleros de planta salmonera, la pieza a la que me traspasaron parpadeaba la luz y la caja de seguridad mala, personal de todos los servicios poco cordial y poco prestos a resolver problemas
