Sin lugar a dudas un hotel que tiene todo lo que uno busca, el confort, los espacios, la atención del personal, un rico desayuno y sobre todo el paisaje que se aprecia desde todos los espacios del hotel, solo que pediríamos agregaran al desayuno más cosas dulces en especial kuchen o tartas que uno espera del Sur de chile

El hotel, siempre fue bueno. Ahora reabren, después de años cerrados y se mantienen. Es hermoso el hotel y las vistas fabulosas. Considero q el servicio no está a la altura del precio. Lo salva la infraestructura. Las piscinas buenísimas. Recomiendo el hotel, pero no el restaurant, hay opciones mejores, muy caro para lo q ofrece.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are attentive, and the food is amazing. But if you're from the U.S. you may not want to stay here. When we checked in, the hotel's system could not process any of our U.S. credit cards. Not AmEx, nor Visa. We used the cards at restaurants and shops, so we know they work in Chile. Thankfully we had a Chilean credit card so we weren't turned away. When we departed the hotel tried again, and again no credit card from the U.S. would work in their system. The front desk told me this happens often, especially with AmEx. So if you're from the U.S., you could show up and not be able to check in, which could leave you in a bad situation. Other than this critical problem, the hotel is fantastic.

O hotel é lindo e muito limpo, o restaurante é 5 estrelas e a equipe nos surpreendia todos os dias sempre com muita gentileza e carinho. Destaque para o Sr. Juan na recepção! A vista dos quartos é magnífica. E o café da manhã foi um espetáculo à parte, impecável. Foram dias incríveis.

Visitamos o Park lake em março/2024 logo depois de sua última revitalização. Toda estrutura e localização são maravilhosas! A vista para o Lago realmente deslumbrante e o café da manhã inesquecível.... Mas o destaque é o atendimento de toda equipe em especial o recepcionista Juan, sempre prestativo e muito atencioso. Recomendo e indico essa hospedagem em Pucón!

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado entre Villarrica y Pucon, con grandes vistas al lago, tiene un excelente restaurante, en general es muy bueno, tiene algunos detalles como, las almohadas demasiado gruesas un secador de pelo de mala calidad y no tienen un menú visible para el room service

Me quedé en la suite presidencial, cuando llegué estaba todo desordenado y sucio. Me dijeron que podia comer y tomar lo que quisiera mientras en el bar, pedi un mojito y el garzon dijo que me lo tenia que cobrar, que no entraba en los tragos de cortesia. La cocina de la suite no tenia ni 1 plato, cubiertos ni vasos. Pedi 2 dias seguidos que la habilitaran y nunca me llevaron nada. Hablé con la gerente del hotel para quejarme y me dijo que no tenian para habilitarla, o sea que es de adorno? Tambien pedi 2 dias seguidos cuna para guagua y nunca la llevaron a pesar de que la respuesta siempre era "enseguida se la llevamos". Realmente un personal muy mal preparado y/o capacitado. Por esos valores, hay muchas mejores opciones, nunca más este hotel.

O hotel é maravilhoso. De frente para o lago. Se andar um pouco para o lado esquerdo da praia, é possível ver o vulcão. Nossa estadia foi ótima! Café da manhã e jantar muito bons. Quarto novo e muito limpo. Foi recentemente reformado. O serviço de atendimento na piscina precisa melhorar, assim como alguns pequenos detalhes, mas que nada que desabone o hotel. Super recomendo!

Las instalaciones son muy buenas y la vista espectacular. Lo mejor el spa. Estaba en marcha blanca y eso explica algunos detalles como descoordinación y tardanza. Los tacos del pool requieren renovacion
