Lovely stay ! Clean, comfortable and spacious studio apar**ent was perfect for my husband and I. The host Petar was amazing and helped us organize tours , laundry and kept our suitcases safe when we had to checkout but had no where to leave them before our flight. Really accommodating . The location is a 10 min walk from the main ***** and 2 mins away is the most secluded beautiful beach !

Residence Alpha is a wonderful seaside getaway that is only 10 minutes away from the airport and 30 minutes from Dubrovnik. Petar is a gracious host who made our stay truly memorable with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The apar**ents look out to the sea and down to the nearby port town. There is a small pool and access to a great little swimming beach. Just be aware that the apar**ents are up several flights of stairs, so be prepared to get your steps in.

The apar**ent is much better in the photos, but it is reasonable and has a balcony with a beautiful view. It is relatively new and has modern decor. In the apar**ent where we stayed, all the doors were made of glass and, as a result, during the night the living room and bedroom were very bright, making it difficult to sleep. The shower box has no glass in front and the bathroom was wet after showering. The cleaning left something to be desired, including poorly washed containers. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. The covered garage is horrible both to enter and to exit, requiring a lot of maneuvering and, to make matters worse, from the garage to the apar**ent there are 90 very steep stairs, which we climbed carrying our suitcases when we arrived.

We had a wonderful family stay at this fabulous apar**ent complex offering wonderful sea views across the bay. The air condition apar**ent featured a well furnished lounge and kitchen area as well as a master bedroom and bathroom with excellent shower. We all enjoyed cooling off in the pool although we swam in the sea daily as the beach is just a five minute walk away. The host Peter was incredibly hospitable and attentive and we will certainly be back.
