"We stayed in apartment 1a. There was some confusion at check in - we were supposed to have been texted a code for the key box for self check in, which we never got and there was nobody about to help. A little annoying but not a massive problem. The apartment had everything we needed, although we didn’t use the kitchen for cooking. It was clean and towels changed after 3 days. The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked really well. We had a balcony with amazing sea views. The apartments are 5 minutes drive from the airport, which is €15 in an Uber. The centre is a 10 minute walk but on the way back it is very steep and up lots of steps. Just be aware of this - I’m pretty fit but in the heat I found it difficult at times. On the plus side this does mean you get the most amazing views so was worth it."

The beds were really comfy too, which always makes a difference! And Air conditioning in each Room! Cavtat is such a beautiful place and we had a fantastic holiday there. It was lovely coming back to a clean, comfortable apartment at the end of each day. "We stayed here for 2 nights. Useful base. Owners were very accomodating to our late arrival. Much appreciated. Comfortable enough, if perhaps a wee bit dated. Proximity to a) main road & b) flight path made things a little challenging to get good rest, but too big an issue personally. I sleep well!"

"We have just returned from a 2 week stay in the beautiful family run Villa Pattiera,we were at the top of the hotel in a small but lovely room with everything you need,inc kettle and complimentary tea,topped up daily.Outside a private terrace with sunbeds ,table and chairs. Breakfast was filling with both hot and cold options and fresh coffee. The resteraunt opposite is also part of the business and you get a discount if you eat there which we did and our meal was very good. The Villa has a fabulous location short walk into the centre of town with many bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly,helpful and knowledgeable, without being intrusive and make the stay worthwhile ,definitely recommend and hope to visit again."
