It was a great stay. Glad to find this afffordable hotel just a walking distance toAyala. Book on the same day and was able to check in smoothly right after. They also have free water dispenser in the hallway. Though the aircon is not that cold and don't like the smell of the freshener they use in the room.

Verry accomodating, the place is nice and staff are superb. Over all, recommended. Price is better, good for super saver choice. Love my my stay there. I will go back again and soonnneer

Road was naryow and busy. Dangerous walking at night. Staff was not friendly. Cockroaches, moldy tile in the bathroom, drain stinks when first turn on shower. Plenty of hot water, ac was fine, comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Philippine food. Powdered green juice. I will not stay there again

The place was nice, the room was clean as well as the bathroom, booked with no problem, however there was no hot water bath. The water was so cold. Apart from that, everything else was good. I should have booked it with breakfast. Thanks again.

The hotel was greats although looked scrappy once I was in the room. I saw rows and ants walking along the sorting one the wall😨. Odd colour scheme that makes you feel like it’s Ana abandoned 70s hotel.

There was no refrigerator available. Small cockroaches are everywhere and little bed bugs as well. The shower has no hot water and wifi is not working. Not worth it at all.

The room was big but was quite dark. I also just saw 2 or 3 hotel staff but they were helpful in getting our stuff in the room. Nothing much in the hotel area but it’s walking distance from Ayala. Photo unrelated.

Not so accommodating staffs. No slippers, key card is not functioning at first room. U need to request for slippers. It's not ready yet. The location is good ,but since we arrive and they gave us wrong key card,that's very inconvenient for us to go to the front desk again..

Great location within 5 minute walk from Ayala on a quiet street. Friendly staff. Wifi was hit and miss, and the hot water in my room didnt work, but i dont think this was the normal state.

The location of MJ Hotel & Suites was very convenient. It was only a short walking distance from a major mall (Ayala Mall) where food stores are abundant and ATM machines are easy to find. The hotel staff are helpful and quick to respond to room service requests. Particularly appreciated that when I first enter my room it smelled fresh and clean. I like it very much that there are sachets of service coffee available in the room along with a water heater. Cold drinking water is also free 24/7 because there is a service water dispenser on every floor. The room is spacious. For someone like me who travels for work, the best thing is a good wifi connection, and this hotel has it. A little bit of a downside is the lack of a working table lamp for some guests like myself who works at night on my laptop and needs sufficient lighting. But overall, this hotel is a good value for the money spent. Looking forward to staying again in MJ Hotel next time I will be in Cebu.
