"One of the best hotels with good customer service and excellent facilities! I don’t normally write long feedback, but I was beyond happy and my expectations were truly exceeded. Kudos to both pool attendants — they’re polite, kind, and very attentive to kids. The Wi-Fi was great, perfect if you’re working while on vacation. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free! The receptionists and F&B staff were amazing. Breakfast didn’t have too many options, but everything was delicious and worth the price. The room was quite small, especially if you’re traveling with kids, but it was clean, cozy, and smelled great Good Job to house keeping department!! The hotel also offers free access to the Mactan Newtown beach and pool, which was amazing! They provide a free shuttle service on schedule, but if you don’t want to wait, no worries — it’s just a short walking distance. My baby Franco really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will surely Belmont Management, please take care of your people — they’re your gems! Customers will surely keep coming back because of them!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) We stayed at Crown Regency Suites during Typhoon Tino as a temporary shelter and checked in at almost 3PM in Villa #23. Unfortunately, we weren’t very happy with the accommodation’s cleanliness. The place was quite dusty—from the living room to the bedrooms—and we ended up sneezing several times due to the dust. It seemed like the villa hadn’t been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival, and it also looked like it hadn’t been occupied for quite some time. We also had issues with the door lock, as our keycard couldn’t open it. The staff, however, responded quickly and changed the lock for us, which we appreciated. The living room TV wasn’t working at first, but they replaced it right away. There were also some water droplets in the master bedroom, which we understood considering the strong winds brought by the typhoon. The shower on the second floor wasn’t working, and the kitchen, living room, and service area floors (up to the second floor) were all noticeably dusty. Curtains were dirty as it has a lot of visible stains. Despite these issues, the staff were accommodating and polite throughout our stay. We requested a late checkout and they kindly allowed us until 1PM which supposedly have a late check out fee of 3k. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s assistance and understanding during the typhoon, but the villa’s cleanliness really needs improvement."

"I highly recommend this place.. Ang mga staff very accommodating and mababait.. malinis and peaceful and pag stay namin just for 1 night.. And meron sila shuttle pick up from the airport 500 and drop off din for 500.. kung sa grab 570 plus nabayaran ko.. late ko na kasi nalaman na may shuttle pala sila hehe.."

"Rooms: Clean, well-designed, and comfortable — especially the Premier Rooms with city view • Pools: They have several pools, including an infinity pool and one with slides, great for both kids and adults, however inflatable pool & the other pools are under renovation. • Activities: You can enjoy kayaking, biking, and relaxing by the poolside lounges. The sunset views are a must-see! • Service: Staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help — they make the experience even better."

"Safety: As a solo traveler, safety is paramount, and this hotel truly delivered. With security checks at the entrance and a second one in the lobby, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were quite good. While not a brand-new hotel, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The air conditioning was strong, and it was very quiet at night, which allowed me to sleep so soundly that I missed breakfast and ended up ordering takeout via Grab. The rooftop pool wasn't very large, but I went up to lounge for a bit. After several days of diving, I was too tired to actually swim. Service: Service was very responsive. During check-in, the staff mentioned I had the option to waive the deposit, and they even upgraded my room."

"Great! Stay. We were there when the 2025 earthquake hit. The staff was really accommodating and were ensuring we were all safe. They moved us from the 6th floor to 3rd so we can easily evacuate in case an emergency happened. Morning free buffet wasn’t a lot, BUT food was really really amazing. Overall had a really pleasant stay."

"Savoy is a good hotel, as it is located in the very center of Mactan, not far from the beach. The staff is friendly, on the first floor they give a towel and an entrance to the beach. The room was quiet, as was the whole hotel. On the first day they gave a dessert, it was nice and sweet. The water pressure in the room is good, there was always hot water. A gym and a swimming pool are available. The hotel was very humid, so things took a long time to dry. The floor in the room was dirty, as if it was never wiped."

"Staffs very welcoming and Tv with Netflix channel is good as well. But bar fridge is the problem because we have none in my bedroom and it’s my first time in my international trip thar there was not even a bar fridge and the air con was not powerful enough . It was very hot , I could not buy drink to put in the fridge because there was none . I stayed for 2 days. This is a kind of improvement needs to be done . I strongly believe most clients would love to have a bar fridge in their when it’s summer. Receptionist were very genuinely welcome , and I was told the fridge was for long term stay. I was a bit surprised . Above all , just this small thing needs to look at .but they were all very welcome to us."

"I recently stayed at the Eloisa Royal Suites Hotel for two nights. Overall, the experience was okay but nothing particularly special. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite, although not overly friendly. My room was clean and had the basic amenities like a TV, air conditioning, and a small coffee maker. However, the furniture looked a bit dated and the mattress was too firm for my liking. One major downside was the noise. The hotel is located right next to a busy road, and the sound of vehicles passing by — especially at night — was really annoying and made it hard to sleep. The windows didn’t seem to block out much of the noise, which was disappointing. The location is convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport — which was a big plus. I didn’t try the hotel restaurant, but the complimentary breakfast was quite basic: toast, eggs, and coffee. Wi-Fi was free but a bit slow during the evenings. In short, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for something affordable and centrally located, but be prepared for noise and limited comfort."
