"There are no pajamas, and while there's no hot water in the room, there are instant coffee packets and such. You'll need to go out into the hallway to get hot or cold water. There's no hairdryer or toothbrush in the room either, but you can get them at the reception if you ask. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, so I adjusted it to a lower setting myself. The water pressure in the shower was good enough; for a budget hotel abroad, I'd say it was satisfactory overall."

"Not the first time staying here, and will go back again. Location is perfect, all the necessities can be found within a walking distance. Amenities: All the important amenities are available except for hand towels and you have to beg for towels and pretty much the replenishment of amenities after the room is cleaned, far different from the last time when it was still Belmont. First room we were given had a very mouldy smell and which gave the kids and I instant headaches. They eventually changed it after about 4 hours of waiting and intervention by Trip.com. This really put a damper on things. Breakfast: Great, the variety is good, but it’s the same pretty much everyday. The beach: Within 5 minutes walk, but don’t you dare lose of misplace the beach pass paper tag, they’re very uptight about it. The beach if not the best beach, very rocky which makes swimming pretty uncomfortable. However, the pool area is awesome and there are sun loungers all around and that makes up for the unpleasant beach. They provide swimming towels too! I must say it has developed a lot since the last time I was here and I can only hope they will keep improving."

"Excellent Stay! I recently stayed at this accomodation and was really impressed. The room was well-equipped — it had a coffee maker, rice cooker, induction cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine…and even a garment steamer! There was a steady supply of drinking water, a big TV, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the bathrobes provided — a nice touch of comfort. It also had a gym and a pool but unfortunately, I stayed on a Monfay and its closed for cleaning and maintenance. The place is quiet since it’s located away from the city noise but still conveniently close to the airport. The only small issue I had was figuring out how the hot shower works, but everything else was perfect. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely come back!"

"We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him."

"The place is nice as expected but has a minimal timeline on the pool usage, it only opens from 7am to 7pm. That's one thing. Standout: their staff are really nice, very considerate. The father of my children visited us beyond the allowable time (i was not informed of their rules though) they're supposed to charge us for an additional fee but when I explained they did not hassle and understand the situation. So kudos to the front desk personnel whose wit is beyond measure. Overall our stay was a great 5 ⭐, because of this complex scenario. Thanks Crown Regency 😁"

"The hotel was great! The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious – I especially loved the sweet cured pork. The staff were very friendly too. The location is super convenient, right in the city center with a mall just across the street! The price was really reasonable, I even got a fantastic deal booking only 5 days in advance! Overall, I'd definitely recommend it. My only minor complaint is that the shower pressure was a bit low."

"Hrmmm this one is a tricky one as we had a few unexplained situations. Firstly, the hotel itself was previously a Marriot 5-Star back in the day prior to be taken over in 2018 by the Seda Group. Secondly, there is so much ongoing renovation and construction that you need to be aware of; Noise coming from New Construction, the in hotel pool is unavailable from Feb-2025 and guests must walk across the street to another organisation's pool. Unfortunately this was a deal breaker for us. The food was average with cheaper and better tasting food located just minutes away by walking through the carpark. Overall the guest lounge (located on level 12) is a bonus but is super budget, not 4-Star Material. P.S. There is no rooftop bar, only a lounge overlooking a construction site. P.S.S The House of Lechon is 5 mins by Grab which is a plus."

"This is already our second stay at this hotel, and we’re still very satisfied. The staff are approachable, the room is clean and comfortable, and the food is really delicious. We will definitely come back again."
