"Great stay! The Filipino front desk team is super warm and helpful. The local road conditions are shown in the pictures. The hotel isn't in the central business districtïŒcebu is not big city), but has a lovely neighborhood feel. GGuest UserExcellent hotel! The rooms are cozy, and the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the grounds are well-maintained too. The location isn't the most convenient if you're on foot, but the hotel itself is in a beautiful spot. They also offer scooters at a very good price â cheaper than renting them 'on the street'. When we arrived, all the scooters were taken, but the girls at the reception suggested a company they work with, and everything was delivered right to the hotel for us. When a hotel scooter became available, we took that. They also helped us with tours. We initially booked the hotel for 2 nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for another 3. By the way, the transfer from the hotel is also more cost-effective than arranging it yourself.
The hotel owners, Nick and Raquel, are very kind and open-hearted; it was a real pleasure and very interesting to chat with them. Abigail and the other girls are also positive and always ready to help. At this hotel, you feel like you're visiting close relatives. Thank you! We would be very happy to stay with you again!)

DDzhentaoThe hotel is located on a private island. Getting there isn't too difficult, but all the main attractions (sardines, sharks, canyoneering) are quite a distance away. This hotel seems to have been designed for guests who don't want to leave it â a small 'Bounty island' vibe. But it didn't quite hit the mark.
The staff here are constantly smiling. As soon as they see you, they drop what they're doing to greet you. During meals, they approach you every minute to ask questions and tell you about the free 'entertainment' planned for the day. Honestly, it's annoying and doesn't match the status the hotel clearly aims for. In a good hotel, staff are incredibly helpful yet discreet. Here, they can't even clean the room without being noticed. However, you can tell they've been trained this way, rather than it being their natural work style. So, if they were trained differently, these young people would significantly improve the service quality.
Also, don't expect quick responses or help from anyone. It's better to go directly to reception and sort things out yourself. That's the most effective way, otherwise, you might drown in a Kafkaesque castle with a British surrealist twist.
The room we stayed in was magnificent in terms of size and cleanliness. The shower wasn't working well, but they replaced it quickly. When walking around the room, the wardrobe wobbles and makes noise, but these are minor issues. I noticed signs of wood-boring insects in the safe cabinet, but didn't see the insects themselves, so they didn't cause any trouble.
Food. The food here is very poor, compared to all the other places I've visited in the Philippines. A hotel aiming for a high rating shouldn't be serving microwaved store-bought pizza at such a price. If the food is cooked properly (grilled chicken breast, for example), it's invariably oversalted or overspiced. Or both at once. I couldn't find a single dish on the menu that was worth its price or genuinely tasty, except perhaps for the scrambled eggs at breakfast. But that's not enough if you plan to stay on the island all day, is it?
Snorkeling costs 1000 pesos per hour for the boat and 100-200 pesos for equipment (each item separate: mask, fins, aqua shoes). The hotel staff claim the equipment is new, but that's not true. Aqua shoes are essentially unavailable in adult sizes (from 40 and up, we found only two old and torn pairs). The coral reef is dying after the typhoon, but there are still beautiful spots, and my wife and I don't regret snorkeling here. Especially since it was the only activity available on the island.
To sum up, this hotel might suit those who want to isolate themselves from the rest of the world for a resort-style vacation with an average level of service but rather high prices for that level.

View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.Â
Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.Â
Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.Â
wifi connections are good islandwise but itâs more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.Â
do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

The facilities were impressiveâ especially the gym, which was amazingly clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth recommending!

The single beed delux rooms are really nice but no view as they are all on the side
Setup like an apartment has a kitchen but no cooking wear other than for coffee
They don't offer slippers as amenities my wife found that really odd for a hotel in the Philippines but I did not mind as the floor was super clean
If you don't have a car it will be hard to get uber they all reject pickup at the noble lobby, you have to walk to the back of the pool area exit there and walk near the hwy to get an Uber
Was not that bad just something annoying that's nice to know ahead of time
All that being said probably the best hotel in Cebu city will definitely book again

PPorter1987This is our fourth time to stay in this area of Mactan Lapu-Lapu. Each time we have stayed in the same building but in different condo units. The area is great and is developing every time we have visited. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Staff were friendly and helpful but there were a few occasions I had to call the lobby or go to the front desk to remind them about things. The apartment building is getting older needs a lot of maintenance, the cracks on the wall werenât as much of a big issue but the shower wasnât secured to the wall properly, the glass door made a loud cracking sound every time we closed or opened it, the shower/ bath made the floor wet this caused the water to get under the tiles and move the tiles when I stepped on them. The water drainage was slow that I would be standing in a bath while having a shower, there were chips along the brown panel around the bottom of the wall. Rust on some of the things in the condo too. The pool also had titles missing and two panels of the glass which I had noticed when we had stayed two years ago hadnât been fixed. The lounger chairs we had previously experienced replaced with uncomfortable chairs and tables.

GGuest UserThe reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
