GGuest UserA perfect vacation! We'll definitely choose this place again for future family trips with kids. The main restaurants were a bit overpriced for what you got, and while the roasted suckling pig show at the buffet was entertaining, the pig itself was pretty bad. However, the outdoor BBQ buffet had good food and entertainment.

DDurga Girish MenonI recently spent three unforgettable nights at Badian Island Wellness Resort, and I can confidently say it was a remarkable experience from start to finish.
**Location**: Nestled on a pristine beach, the resort offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and lush greenery. The serene environment is perfect for relaxation, and the nearby attractions, including stunning waterfalls, are easily accessible.
**Staff Behavior**: The staff at Badian Island were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing personalized service that truly made us feel special.
**Food**: The dining experience was delightful! The restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring local and international cuisine, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Each meal was a culinary journey, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood and traditional Filipino dishes.
**Special Touch**: We also celebrated our son's birthday during our stay, and the resort graciously arranged a small cake for us. It was a lovely surprise for him that made the day even more beautiful.
Overall, my stay at Badian Island Wellness Resort was nothing short of magical. The combination of stunning location, outstanding service, and delicious food made it a truly memorable getaway. I can't wait to return!
LLuna_BResort was very nice and accommodating!!! They were able to answer questions, tidy room when needed and overall nice facilities. There are two great restaurants across the street that is convenient and reasonably priced vs hotel restaurant prices and you can use a grab to get around or even grab to deliver food (they deliver it to the residences across the hotel which is where the gym is). Chocolate hour was free and a nice break. Beach is private and cant walk along it to more of the main beach area so it’s quieter.
BBaimajunzai2000Facilities: Hot water shower and air conditioning are good. But there are no other facilities in the room, no kettle, no hair dryer. You need to bring your own kettle, or go to the front desk to get a cup and pour water.
Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, but the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I don’t know how to maintain it, so I didn’t dare to go to the swimming pool. Fortunately, it’s close to the sea, so you can just swim in the sea.
Environment: Both entering and exiting require a long and rugged road. Close to the sea, you can go snorkeling. It's just a hotel, without any star-level services provided, and there is a service fee charged at the end. It is incorrect to list it as a top-ranked local four-star hotel on Ctrip. There should be more options.
Service: Unlike the diving shops in Bohol, there is no safety officer here. We took part in the snorkeling activity, because we went with divers, the guide was not very enthusiastic. There is no introduction leaflet for the event to refer to.
However, it is indeed convenient to go to see the sardines. You can just take a boat and join the activity to get there. No need to go around town.
Special reminder: this fee is not deducted by Ctrip, you need to pay in cash at the store. There is a reminder in the order, please be sure to bring enough cash.

Good
GGuest UserAlthough this hotel is between ‘ports’ that make up the Cebu coast and between the whale watching areas, I’d highly recommend this place.
After requesting a room with a view, I was not disappointed! My own private balcony overlooking the beach and waves lapping to send me off to sleep.
Arriving late, the amazing and friendly staff kept the kitchen open for me and I was reminded of the friendly reputation of the Philippines people.
Now one surprise was the 250 odd steps one needs to get to your rooms - but the view alone is worth it and the staff have a pulley system to send your luggage up or down for your convenience! And silver lining, the steps means no need for holiday exercise!
GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly and the location is close to everything. The breakfast was great. I got an update when I visited which made the experience even better than I expected. The wifi is only available in the lobby or the beach, where there are always some people trying to sell you something. If you don't mind them and are not addicted to the internet, this is a good place to stay. The beach area near the hotel has a lot of things to see when snorkeling, so this is an awesome place to stay. Highly recommended.
SSaitoWenieThe facility is not well maintained. The rooms had mosquitoes. The view is beautiful especially the beach side and pool side. The breakfast is average. I just had a small problem in checking in. The front desk staff was not fast enough to settle things, I had to wait for an hour just because my booking was not found in their computer system.

GGuest UserThe resort was hit and miss and left me with mixed emotions. Starting with having to fill out a form while still sitting in the taxi at the entrance gate and having to walk with my bags From the road to the front entrance of the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were quite nice with three pools and beautiful views. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the hot water was on demand. There was limited staff. In a three night stay I never saw any maid service servicing any rooms on my floor and had to go looking for supply replacements. The food in the restaurant was hit and miss - good salmon, good tuna sandwiches, stay away from any salad and the club sandwich - and quite pricey. P420 for a basket of french fries. If you were sitting at a poolside table the view was great but you had to get up and go looking for the wait staff every time you wanted anything. No one ever came and checked on you. Everything, including the front desk, closed up at 9:30, lights off doors locked, so you couldn’t sit by the infinity pool in the evening and enjoy a beer and the night sky over the sea. it’s in a gated community and taxis struggle to find it. If you arrive after maybe 9 PM you can find the gates to the community closed and you may be walking the streets with your bags, not particularly comfortable nor safe. The facilities were well-maintained but the resort does not seem to be focused on the individual or small group spending a weekend and appears to be more interested in large functions.
