Ccrose cDecent place to stay for the cost. Nice to have supermarkets and restos essentially next door. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. If you need a somewhat quiet ask for something not on the side of the main road as it can be noisy.

GGuest UserWe booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a a mountain scenic view, you should expect it to be a bit difficult for the location. So I wasn't really overly surprised that the road isn't as perfect but for the view its all worth it. Were lucky to be there on a weekdays so we have the whole place to ourselves. We rented their motorbike for it to be convenient to travel and get to shops coz they have a little kitchen so you can cook. Unfortunately Osmena peak was still close the time we went yet the place made it comfy for us to stay. I recommend this hotel specially for couples and young adults..

GGuest UserWe had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool.
Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :).
We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night.
Thank you very much.
Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThe rooms at 88th Avenue are spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The gym is surprisingly well-equipped and definitely one of the highlights of the property. The main downside is the lack of a swimming pool, which some travelers might miss. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay of a few nights, especially if you value room size and a solid gym.

GGuest UserWe arrived early and we were checked in and go to our room . The apar**ent had the best view of bridge and city loong towards the ocean. Everything was available to us so we could cook our meals. The air con was very icy cold and beds were so comfortable. We also had a balcony which made the stay more relaxing.. The staff were the absolute best, besides the wonderfull acomadation, the staff made out stay amazing... We will always go back

LLea PearlI always book a room at Horizon whenever I'm, my relatives or friends are here in Cebu. Aside from it being budget friendly, they have complete amenities, you can cook as well and it is located in the center of the city.

Ssame29This condotel is perfectly located within walking distance of a filinvest mall and about a 5 minute drive (traffic pending) of a larger mall SM seaside.
The room was clean and comes complete with kitchenette with rice cooker, kettle and fridge. 2 seperate rooms make it perfect for families and couple alike.
The host answered all of our enquiries by phone straight away which was a great plus.
Also have access to the perfectly temperatured swimming pool :)
