"Nice affordable place. A bit off the tourist area, but since I needed that location to take my bus next morning it was ideal. Host is nice and very helpful.
Convenient to take the morning bus to the ferry taking me to Malapascua."

"We had a good stay at this place! The pool is clean and refreshing, and the rooms are spacious enough for two guests. Having a CR with a heater was definitely a plus, and the service was okay.
On the downside, the breakfast could be improved, as they charge the same price even if some items (like eggs) are missing. Food options are also quite limited, and the rocky shore might not appeal to those who aren't fans of rugged seaside views.
Overall, despite a few minor issues, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience!"

They also have mini-store and you can order food that they freshly cooked. Highly recommended this place and definitely will book to them again."

JJulietWhen we first got there, we were shocked at how amazing the room was. We already expected a less than satisfying room since its price is low, but it came unexpectedly awesome. You just need to have a vehicle of your own to go around town. About 5-10 minutes drive to amazing foods, bar, coffee, you name it! Will definitely book again if we plan to go back to Moalboal 🥰❤️

ТТатьянаЕA small, quiet, cozy, family-run hotel, practically on the seashore. It's surprising that there was room for a swimming pool in such a limited area.
Interestingly, the water in the pool is fresh, but in the shower it's salty. )))
I don't like exclusively ”marmalade” reviews, so I'll mention the disadvantages, of which I saw only two:
1. Well, the order is very long to complete. Agree that 40 minutes of waiting for dinner is too much.
2. Swimming in the sea with a mask, or just swimming in the sea, will be difficult for you because of the shallow depth and the bottom, completely strewn with broken corals. However, this does not depend on the owners of the hotel. But the cleanliness of the coast and the ”sea up to the knees” depend on them )))
As Exupery said in ”The Little Prince”: ”When you wake up in the morning - clean up your planet”
I don't want to go into details, so as to spoil the generally positive impressions, including the price, received from staying in this truly cozy hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near the road and is very noisy, so bring earplugs. Breakfast is always available at a reasonable price. It's not overly generous, but you can definitely get scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage. Instant coffee is the only option. The rooms aren't very clean, and housekeeping isn't always good.
The location is very convenient for visiting waterfalls and sharks. The room rates are low, so it would be unfair to nitpick. The pool was always ours alone in the evenings, and guests didn't stay long. The staff was very helpful, always helpful with any questions, and if something wasn't right, they fixed it. Wi-Fi only works at reception and by the pool. Cell phone service is always good. Prices for all services are very affordable.

LLi-saaaSmall but complete! And the beautiful scenery is so unreal! The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic! Breakfast is delicious! Although the boss is talkative and stern, he is very polite and kind! Will definitely come again next time! What a bargain!

JJhon-jThis place is okay for couples, but be prepared for basic, spartan conditions – keep your room expectations at zero.
I stayed here for 5 days, but we were out and about from the morning, only returning to change or sleep. You can work with a laptop downstairs, but it's outdoors and hot. It really makes sense to stay here if you love diving and freediving, as they have their own beach access.
Breakfasts are standard, basic fare, like eggs, sausages, and something local, just like at home.
They have excellent freediving instructors.
The view from the balcony is gorgeous.
