GGuest UserStayed for 1 night in a double bed room. Not so much of view outside the window but still a very comfy environment consistent with other Marriott hotels. Nice stay with exceptional services and friendly staff. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I'd come again.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Shanghai-La Mactan Cebu for a week. The resort is absolutely gorgeous with incredible employees- everyone is helpful and courteous. The resort has multiple daily activities including snorkeling which were great. We tried most of the restaurants and they were great! Acqua which was Italian was tasty ; Buko Bar was also yummy! Highly recommended for a relaxing hotel with good pools and calm environment.

GGuest UserDecent hotel. Quite new. Fresh facilities. Good service. Has spa, gym, swimming pools. Beach is nice. Restaurant and a bar are fine. No rooftop bar/restaurant. No rooftop swimming pool. Rooms are spacious. Very basic light switches though, which are complicated to use. Renovation is generally ОК (could be better quality). Location is not very close to the city center. Staff is very polite, friendly, considerate.

**Location**: Nestled on a pristine beach, the resort offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and lush greenery. The serene environment is perfect for relaxation, and the nearby attractions, including stunning waterfalls, are easily accessible.
**Staff Behavior**: The staff at Badian Island were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing personalized service that truly made us feel special.
**Food**: The dining experience was delightful! The restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring local and international cuisine, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Each meal was a culinary journey, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood and traditional Filipino dishes.
**Special Touch**: We also celebrated our son's birthday during our stay, and the resort graciously arranged a small cake for us. It was a lovely surprise for him that made the day even more beautiful.
Overall, my stay at Badian Island Wellness Resort was nothing short of magical. The combination of stunning location, outstanding service, and delicious food made it a truly memorable getaway. I can't wait to return!

IIsabella871222Our reserved twin room wasn't available, but they kindly added a complimentary single bed for us. The room was quite spacious and nice, a quality certainly reflected in its price. The on-site water park is a bit dated but still quite clean. Best of all, access is completely free, which our kids absolutely loved, spending every day happily playing there. The sea just outside the hotel is also beautiful. While there isn't much of a sandy beach and we didn't go snorkeling, we could still spot plenty of fish right from the shore. Breakfast was decent, though the lack of variety was noticeable – we had the exact same meal every morning during our four-day stay. Booking through Ctrip allowed us a late checkout at 2 PM, which was a nice bonus. The hotel also features a children's play area, making it perfectly suited for families with young children!

GGuest UserOverall, excellent, really friendly and perfect for relaxing. The lagoon was fantastic, you could float on top of it for hours watching the sky change color. There's an on site bakery, food generally good and 24/7 service. Def worth the money. Lots of readily available activities to do too. Great service.

BBradyBeeKandaya resort is definitely very beautiful and clean. It offers many activities from ARV, horseback rides, archery, island hopping and many more. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of, especially Philippine cuisine. The kayaking was our personal favorite. It’s just a long drive away from Cebu city. However, should we find ourselves that side of the world again, we will choose this resort anytime. Lastly, the room was so stylish and modern..it was just amazing. Bed is super comfortable.

LLin YuWe loved our stay at hotel, the bungalow was very spacious for a couple (large queen size bed, good air con, mini fridge, space for multiple pieces of luggage, etc) and also had a nice out door area with a porch swing / bean bag seats with cover.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the cafe and would have dined there even if we hadn’t stayed at the hotel.
Location is a little bit away from the port and main street area but we had rented motorcycles, so not an issue for us.
