GGuest UserThe Hotel has the charme of a very nice resort. Unfortunatly the price is way above the value you receive.
The hotel needs a serious upgrade in nearly everything. I nearly paid 500 € per night and received an old room without any additional benefits. A Hairdryer needs to be requested. The Eqipment for snorkling is from the poorest quality and the glasses for complementary water at the pool have seen better days 10 years ago.
All in all a nice hotel, but the staff can´t make up for the shear lack of investment.
I am not disappointed because I have had a nice time, but everywhere else, you get more for your money.

GGuest UserStaff was super friendly and nice. Restaurant Sails serves decent international cuisine. However, the air conditioning of the room was not working well, it came with unpleasant smell of the sewage after repairing. The room was basically clean, yet it was pretty obvious that the maintenance work was not doing well.
Rooms for improvement for an international brand hotel.

CCabrina TorbesoWe had such a wonderful stay at the resort! The staff were very accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The food was delicious and well-prepared, truly one of the highlights of our visit. What we loved the most was the privacy—it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, making it a very relaxing and exclusive experience. We’ll definitely recommend this resort to our family and friends and would love to come back again.

• It’s very family-friendly: lots of swimming pools, water slides, lazy river and a private beach area make it a strong pick if you’re travelling with kids.
Room sizes tend to be generous, especially suites or villas. The buffet breakfast is often highlighted for its variety (western, Asian, Korean, Japanese options) which is a plus.
👎 What could be better
• Some of the rooms and general facilities are reported as dated or in need of refreshment/maintenance. For example: “The rooms are acceptable, but the cleanliness could have been better.”
Some guests feel the resort is priced high relative to what they get (especially for “extras” such as kids’ activities or water sports).
• Best for: Families (especially with children) or groups who prioritise a resort with lots of amenities and water-fun on site.
• Less ideal for: Luxury travellers seeking pristine “top end” service/rooms, or couples looking for a very quiet, intimate, adult-focused getaway.

BBradyBeeKandaya resort is definitely very beautiful and clean. It offers many activities from ARV, horseback rides, archery, island hopping and many more. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of, especially Philippine cuisine. The kayaking was our personal favorite. It’s just a long drive away from Cebu city. However, should we find ourselves that side of the world again, we will choose this resort anytime. Lastly, the room was so stylish and modern..it was just amazing. Bed is super comfortable.

GGuest UserThere is a range of facilities that you can enjoy. Some are free some are paid. There are activities scheduled everyday. Everywhere in the resort there is an activity that you can enjoy. The resort is clean and quiet(You can really relax). Staffs are polite and well trained. Food is just average. Very good spa services. Highly recommend this place. Overall this is a good value place for money. For a resort, prices are very reasonable.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to Francis the manager at the Bar and the receptionist girl name Ruth she is very pleasant i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment they gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Francis the manager at the bar and Ruth im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:)
