Always a pleasure to stay here only complaint on this trip is the water was not even mildly hot. I still have high ratings as this is the first occurrence after having stayed here on several occasions. It would be nice if early check in was available as my arrival was early morning with check in not until 2pm .

The room was not cleaned when I checked in. There were no slippers or tissues. The TV was not set up so I had to call maintenance every time. The noise was so bad I couldn't sleep, and when I checked the window was broken and not closed. I tried to close it but couldn't. 1513
Please don't introduce me to a room like this again.
