Pros: Very good location, has an indoor pool, great views especiaply at night. There are toasters, kettle, rice cooker, induction stove for families on a budget. Perfect place to do geocery, shop, eat, buy medicine. Great location. Cons: Towels, sink, beds, couches, need maintenance.

I always book a room at Horizon whenever I'm, my relatives or friends are here in Cebu. Aside from it being budget friendly, they have complete amenities, you can cook as well and it is located in the center of the city.

At Horizons101 this well located studio unit is just a short walk to Osmena Fuente and the great eating place - Robinson's Food Court. Lovely swimming pool open 6 days but always closed on Tuesdays. Easy to get to Ayala Mal, SM City or SM Seaside.

The view was nice but the room where they accomodated us wasn't the room that I booked for, and they let me pay for an additional of 300pesos for the cleaning fee. The room has a bad smell and some of the furnitures were slightly damaged. It wasn't a good stay at all.

The good thing about the studio is the location in the center. Amenities like pool and mini gym are good. The bed is small for 2 people. Now there are things that I find difficult to understand, how they can have a shower that is truly torture, it seems to me something that should be improved, the water pressure and the shower head. Then it doesn't have a shower curtain, which means the entire bathroom gets wet and then the whole house gets dirty. There is no cleaning done, of course you have to do it yourself and they leave you a small broom without a dustpan. The refrigerator does not cool well.

This was the most disgusting place l have ever stayed in . No hot water to take a shower. Black mold all over the shower walls. Bugs and cockroaches in unit. I will never rent there again.

False Advertising. I arrived in the unit and met with less than bare minimum accommodation. The toilet seat was missing, there was no towels and toiletries in the unit and no drinking water—these were stated on the listing as free and included when booked. I have to call for the care taker to ask for the said items. I was given the saddest towels and a sachet of shampoo, no soap and no drinking water as well and I was told I have to get it myself. The unit was almost bare, no conduction stove as seen on the picture advertised and the linens were mismatched. I actually booked for another night since although lacking, the space was livable. I was out in the city most of the time. Basically, the unit was just a place to sleep in. If you are looking forward to enjoy the stay, it will fail you miserably. When I was checking out in the lobby, I overheard two foreigners having the same issue. They were asking assistance from the front desk since they arrived with no towels and no toiletries in there room as well. I mean, come on, is this the standard of the accommodations here in this place?

Very convenient for everything all are walkable but the bathrooms are not well maintain.

It was just terrible. They lost my reservation. The man on the desk when I arrived. Did not have a clue on what was going on. He did not get any help from his manager. I had to pay for two nights. The only time he was helpful is when I said I was going to another place to stay. I did not stay because the room was occupied by bugs.

This person Riza who is handling the property is very unprofessional. It takes the whole afternoon to ask for basic things! It’s so frustrating!!!!!
