[Day Use only] The area is great it has playground for children, bar, and basketball court. The pool is well maintain. The restaurant food is a little expensive but it taste good. Parking space is no problem at all it has a lot of parking area. Security is very good it has a security guard at the gate and the area is enclosed with high wall. It has a lot of Cottage that is clean and well maintain. You can go fishing also for Tilapia and have it cook. It has a lot of room and can accommodate a lot of guest. Great spending time with family and friends. The entrance fee is afforable.

We arrived in a monsoon downpour. No bellboy, just a security guard pointing vaguely in the direction of our room a good 250m away. No umbrella offered. The foot paths were like rivers. Not the best start. The bedroom was ok except the aircon which was totally inadequate. The bathroom was not good at all. The door would not stay closed so the very little cool air that the aircon provided went straight in there. The bathroom was not clean and in poor repair. The toilet looked distrusting. Mould around the plug hole etc. On the plus side, the staff were very nice. I believe it’s the management that let things slip!

Cleanliness and equipment of the bathrooms absolutely inadequate. Four WiFi networks but none have a connection to the Internet. If you're lucky, you can access the internet in the restaurant. We were offered room 31 which looked pretty nice. However, the bathroom is better than any public urinal. After complaining, we were given room 25. Supposedly de luxe furnishings, but look at the pictures... Room service costs a 10% surcharge, but the food is good. When we wanted to check out we received an extra bill of 3300 pesos for the new room, which was canceled due to the strong rejection of my Filipino friends. I will not check into this hotel again. The outdoor area is well maintained and belies the condition of the goods. No internet access these days is simply not possible.

The place is nice. The staff are approachable and friendly. They are nice. I had fun with my family. Thank you to all the staff of Hagnaya Beach Resort special the staff in the restaurant. Awesome experience.
