Hotel Sogo Cebu

This is my second time staying here. I had a good stay last time, so I chose this hotel to spend the night this time. Unexpectedly, the experience this time was not very good. I first checked the order for a long time, but I didn’t know there was a Ctrip order. I went I took some money outside and went to 7-11 before I found the booking information. Did Ctrip fail to communicate with me? I landed in Cebu at 2 a.m., and it was already past 2:30 when I took a taxi to the hotel. I was already exhausted, and I had to wait there because of reservation information issues. The second thing is the noise. It started around 5 o'clock in the morning, when I was sleeping soundly, the hotel's cleaning staff or workers should have started cleaning. It was because I was so sleepy that I fell asleep again amid the noise. When I checked out again, I gave my opinion to the hotel front desk and hoped that Ctrip would confirm the booking information between the customer and the hotel. Ctrip sent me a booking confirmation, but the hotel did not know about this booking at all, and I had never even heard of Ctrip. Fortunately, I am familiar with the roads and have no language barrier. What if it is the first time to come here and the customer does not understand the language? How should I deal with it?
