Very nice, social hostel, I think it's good for meeting people. The staff are very friendly. I would have liked to extend another night, but the next night would have been more than twice as expensive. Same price was not possible. But otherwise everything is good.

I enjoyed my stay so much! It was my first solo travel, so I purposely chose Mad Monkey for its social atmosphere. Beware that this is a “party hostel”, so quiet time isn’t until 1:00 am. However, I found this to be no problem, given my roommates weren’t very loud. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful! The bar and food was convenient, tasty, and reasonably priced. I would definitely love to stay again some time. :)
