The place is clean and spacious with high ceilings and wide lobbies. The room was big. Nice staff. Water dispensers on each floor.
Located near JY Mall, beyond IT Park which is not close to main attractions but not bad.
Recommended.

I was on a business trip and decided to booked at 18 Suites since it’s close to the office. I had a packed durian with me and the staff happily assisted and refrigerated my durian while I stay in the hotel. The check in process was very smooth and my room was ready. The room was spacious and very clean. It smells good too. The hotel only serves breakfast, nevetheless, you can always order via foodpanda or grabfood. Highly recommended.

The surrounding scenery is real Philippines. It may not be suitable if you are looking for a resort feeling, but it is highly recommended if you want to use it as a base for sightseeing. The temperature is not stable, but hot water comes out and the water pressure is okay. Toilet paper and towels are brought quickly. There are currency exchanges, 24-hour convenience stores, 7-Eleven, Jollibee, and Mac within walking distance.
The staff is also nice and gives a good impression.

Considering the price, one of the best hotel I've booked recently. 💙 The room is spacious, cleanliness is super. Water dispenser is available along the hallways.
I will definitely book again, if I will be back in Cebu.

The hotel is quiet. The room is clean and well equipped. We went out the first night and when we came back the staff wanted to see our passport. Totally exaggerated. The air conditioning is way too loud. Spring is far too expensive and when we were sitting outside, craftsmen came and ruthlessly carried out their work. In the second night we had red ants in the bed which the staff probably brought in with the supposedly fresh bed linen. I wonder how this hotel got such a high rating. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to 3d English school. Came here on business just to live nearby. Take a taxi and say lahug driver will know. There are no restaurants nearby, only jollybee and McDonald's.
