From the moment we entered we felt right at home and it was a very relaxing evening. We went on an 8 day dive trip to celebrate our 25 year anniversary. I felt very well treated by our hosts Virginia and Ian. We were also well looked after by the staff Andressa Myrna and Ruth and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner by the sea. The room was very nice and comfortable overlooking the coast and it was the best nights sleep we have ever had. If we are in Cebu again we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this charming little resort.

Great clean quiet place by the beach. Good breakfast and good clean spacious rooms. Enjoyed our first time stay here, and will definitely come back another weekend. Nice pool and nice outside area. Good parking and easy accessible from the main road.

What a charming place to stay! I’ve been to Cebu several times, when I come to visit my wife’s family. I can this time by myself and wanted to have a quiet place to unwind and recover from the jet lag. It’s everything I hope for and more. Lovely like boutique hotel but with a touch of European fusion. Founded by Ian and his wife they built this place from scratch. It’s small, only perhaps 6 rooms, but the place has a certain homey yet elegant feel. The food has been stellar! Perhaps the best I’ve enjoyed in Cebu. Every dish is individually prepared and absolutely delicious. I love the hosts and this place I’ve invited a friend and his wife who was going to pick me up Sunday to come down and share the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Las Flores. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful to us. Virginia helped us to arrange transport and gave us recommendations for the local area. Beautiful place.

First time in the Philippines, Very good hotel could use an overhaul. Colonial house british style gives a very warm and good feeling. Feels like coming home. Staff are very friendly. Food is prepared with u**ost care and highly recommended.

Place is very peaceful, food is great we went there to eat lunch and the owner is very accommodating. Staffs are very friendly. I think they can improve the beachfront more to make it more scenic. Overall I like the cozy and classic vibe of the resort. We ordered their steak and it was cooked and seasoned well just as how we requested it, we also ordered their fish fillet that was really savory. Happy tummy for the family.

Ian and Virgina are amazing people. A wonderful couple who bring a Local experience together with European eats. The place is elegant, with Spanish tile, and beautiful wood accents, large beds, and great quiet air conditioning red rooms. We enjoyed most getting to know them and being treated as a part of their family for a week.

Turned up at the Hotel 9.00pm but couldn’t get in .It was the 1st night of our 2 night stay ut it was locked
