We only rented for the night, to sleep after the flight,
The area is certainly terrible, we entered the room and immediately a large cockroach ran across the bed. The impressions were awesome. It's better not to be in this area at night. Children and adults sleep right on the road, rats run nearby(
We rented it because we only needed it for 5 hours, and it was close to the port.

Great place to overnight for the ferry, nothing more really.
I wouldnt stay here for your visit to cebu, instead stay uptown and visit from there, the neighboorhood is not so nice here.

We chose the hotel only because it was one of the cheapest and was located within walking distance from the port (we had to leave in the morning).
The hotel is located in a back street, a gloomy place where you don’t feel safe, there’s a construction site nearby, and there are a lot of homeless people.
The room is very modest, and it was also noisy and stuffy. You can't leave the fan on overnight because it's loud.
