Lack of amenities in the hotel. There’s no rug in the cr and there’s no comforter you need to request before they give it to you.

The Hotel is very good of course, Mr and Mrs Rivas and their son had a wonderful moments together during their stay, such a very good place for the family to stay :) Navigator's Travel and Tours as their trusted travel agent who booked their hotel will continue to promote SOUTH POLE HOTEL to every client going to cebu for work, leisure and business :) excellent accommodation based on the comment of our clients... i rate this 7 stars :)
