The room was just fine and enough space for 4 of us, however there was no bidet in the toilet.. Hotel staffs are friendly.. And the price is really affordable.. We stayed here for 5 days, and they allowed us to early check in with minimal fee of 500..beds are comfy, they also clean rooms upon guests request.. The location is very accessible and there are several malls nearby the hotels..We Had a great stay here..thank you!

The toilet did not flush, the bathroom is dirty, cable tv is not working, not enough parking space. We checked in at 11pm already , the staff only informed us that the cable connection will resume but it did not ..they should've transferred us to another room . The internet is intermittent..the room is not well cleaned and sanitized.
The staff is wonderful but the facilities and cleanliness of the room needs to be improved.

I put a review a week or two ago and it didn't change. I asked for the room service to be done and on the third day the turned up. We went out on the second day and came Back 4 hours later but no cleaning done. After I complained the excuse was they were upstairs and was coming down to clean it. They were on our floor when we went out cleaning the room next to ours and the one opposite. So why not clean while there. Well we are going to Panglao for a week and when we come back for a month we will be staying elsewhere

I enjoyed my stay there and will go again soon. There are better area's but they are Dirty inside and More expensive. The Toilet was blocked and I eventually got it unblocked. It is clean and secure so much better than a lot of places

Photos from the website should be changed because in reality its not what you will expect. The hotel is old and you can see dirt on every corner, the room stinks most especially the bathroom. Some of the electric plugs dont work and some of the lights inside the room doesnt work. Also my first time to stay in a hotel that needs to pay/rent their hair dryer per day. Overall I am so disappointed. I will never come back in this hotel.
