Great place

Stayes in Mezzo for our wedding day and the day after. All rooms I booked were so clean with complete toiletries essentials. They made sure of a hassle-free and very friendly environment. All staff are so nice and they always attend to what we need efficiently. During the wedding kitchen staff are so attentive, food were serve well in good portions and the best taste! Kudos to the head chef and all other members of the kitchen! Thank you Mezzo for a very good customer service! Will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much.

Clean, accomodating

Hotel is the perfect location for my oath-taking venue which is the IEC convention center, near malls and grocery store, clean, accommodating staff, a clean environment, near restaurant and lay dry services if needed. I will recommend this hotel to my friend and family because it is a pretty decent hotel for lower price

The service was great and the place as well . The guards and other personnel are so friendly. We are so comfortable during our stay at mezzo hotel. The location is not too far from the malls. i'll definitely go back to that hotel.

I have booked for 2 rooms.Upon entering the other room, it smelled bad. other than that, the other room looks comfy and decent although the couches in the room needs some cleaning cause it had stains.

Very accessible

I loved my stay at Mezzo Hotel however I was not able to use their pool because it somewhat lacks cleaning.

The hotel is super convenient to get to Ayala mall yet in a peaceful area. Costs about 70 pesos ($1.50) by taxi to Ayala mall. The room was nice enough (probably 3 star quality - but clean and cozy). One annoying thing was the thinness of the walls, the next room's occupants were chatting well after midnight. Could hear them clearly. Had to call reception twice to tell them to stop. Breakfast was nice. Didn't have time for the pool but it looked nice though not a huge amount of sunlight coming through, more like an indoor pool. Good gym. Would stay here again if looking for something convenient to Ayala mall.

The front desks were helpful. I booked two rooms and accomodated my request to have the two rooms either next to each other or at least in the same floor. The rooms were clean and overall i got what i paid for. Very satisfied customer here! Ill recommend you to my friends.

Location is fair, close to Cheeva SPA, convenience store, cleaningshop. 5min taxi to Ayala Centre. Ground floor tile was on renovation and quite noisy for drilling. Breakfast is fair but slow replacement for the empty dishes

The staffs are not that helpful or looked pleased to see a guest. The hotel is ok
