Service throughout the hotel was top-notch! We requested a very early check in, and we were accommodated after a short wait. The breakfast buffet was great with many food choices. The restaurant staff is very professional and efficient. The location is optimal for shopping. Highly recommended! We will be back!

The front desk people are really helpful and accomodating. 👍 Hotel are clean. 🧼 But there reataurant is very expensive. 💸 I was shocked with the price. 😱 Breakfast is worth 600 and for the kids i think 400. 💰 They will not offer senior discount even if they know that the person who availed breakfast is obviously senior citizen. 👴 They need to remind them that it should be deducted by senior discount the total cost of the breakfast. 🧮 Hope they will inform to their guest before they avail the breakfast that the cost of the breakfast is 600. 🛎️

There's a shopping mall next door, so shopping is not an issue.
The hallways have a slightly moldy smell.
The air conditioning in the rooms is difficult to adjust.
At this price, I probably won't return...

Good hotel.
Pros:
1. Spacious room, comfortable beds, large bathroom, very clean.
2. Unobtrusive but courteous service. They open the doors and greet you from a taxi. Daily cleaning.
3. Interesting view of the city and port from high floors. Fast elevator, no wait.
4. There is a basic gym with a cardio area, dumbbells, and a chest and shoulder machine.
5. Location in a shopping center (but worse than Ayala), next to 7/11. All key attractions are within walking distance. But in the evenings the location doesn’t look super safe, you need to watch what’s going on around you.
There are no downsides as such. I enjoyed my stay.

The location of this hotel is very convenient! Part of the galleria mall; it can be accessed from the mall itself during opening hours- perfect for this shopaholic!
We stayed in the deluxe king room. We found it very spacious and the bed quite comfortable! Shower door leaked slightly but thankfully the bathroom is large so we could avoid the water on the floor.
Swimming pool was amazing! Lovely big size with lots of places to sit and relax!
Would highly recommend this place, and will stay again!
