Location is a ghetto, swimming pool was dirty, bar drinks either unavailable or made with powder. Ok, simple gym, rhe staff was nice tho.

Everything is great! Finding the hotel is easy. The staff is open and kind! They even gave us 2 free juices in honor of our check-in.
The only negative was that the shower door was broken and the TV couldn't be turned on.

I have a few things I look for when I travel. Where this hotel excels in is cleanliness, service and the pool and bar on the roof is a lot of fun, with decent cocktails at a good price. Breakfast is exceptional and well worth getting. Other things going for it is its central location has great access to shops and a 10-15 min walk to Elizabeth Mall and south Cebu bus station.
My only complaints would be the air conditioning needs a tune up and the wifi is patchy at best.

It's just an average hotel. At 5am, it was probably their mechanical elevator, the noise was earth-shaking, like an airplane engine running non-stop. I was woken up by the noise, and it started again half an hour later.

The hotel is old and dirty
The shower (and shower head) look like they haven't been cleaned for decades
The joints and silicone are black with mold
Cockroaches in the room (counted 8!!!)
There were also cockroaches at the breakfast buffet...which was completely cold 5 minutes after it started?!
Air conditioning is bad, doesn't manage to cool the room
Location is OK, we wanted to go further to the harbor, but it's OK
The staff are also friendly and helpful
The roof terrace is quite nice

Loved this hotel so much I added another night. Room was beautifully appointed, staff was helpful and the location fabulous. I even enjoyed a very inexpensive massage here. A perfect stay!

Sorry, it's really bad😔 Very dirty, even the air is heavy.... We booked for 4 nights, we were placed next to a noisy room, there was a noisy company there all night, it was difficult to sleep even with earbuds. The room equipment is completely tired, the bathroom is the same. We moved out the next day... The only and big plus is the employees, so many thanks to them, the whole hotel rests on them. Unfortunately I don’t recommend it even for one night😪
