Aircon is not cold. Housekeeping is not available. Front desk staff runs to the room to fix some issue. Never again in this hotel.

Since my main stay was in Moalboal, I booked a four-person room in Cebu City.
When checking in, does the man at the front desk look at the room first? He said, and I showed him first, but due to a mistake in the travel agency's listing, the toilet was supposed to be in the same room, but it was shared. We were able to change to a family deluxe room for an additional fee.
The family deluxe bed was also pretty good.
The travel agency's facility description stated that there was a hair dryer, but there was no hair dryer, and the only amenities were a toothbrush, rinse-in shampoo, and soap, and there was no room making.
The location was good, close to the shopping mall, so shopping was convenient. I think this price is a good deal if it includes breakfast.
The man at the front desk was always smiling and made me feel good.

A bit disappointed when checked in, frontdesk said booked room was not available and we're upgraded instead. Upgraded room is not any better to the original room. Aircon was not that giving coolness and sheets are stained. Service on the other hand are great and warmth. No hot water, no bidet.

The front desk changed the room and the room was well received. However, the curtains on the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room were not tightly covered and light leaked out when the sun came out in the morning. For people who are afraid of light, it is difficult to have a good sleep.
