I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who made sure I felt at home throughout my entire stay. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept like a baby every night.
The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. But what truly made my stay stand out was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of fantastic.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. I can't wait to come back and experience it again!

How I wish I could have stayed longer at Fili Hotel. The room was perfect, the sunset view was spectacular. The staff were very accommodating of our requests from an early check-in to a late check-out.
I will definitely come back to the property for an even longer stay to rest and recharge.

The environment is very good, but my room was arranged in the corner of the hotel. I didn't see the beautiful sea view of Cebu. I could only see the workers working on the roof. The experience of staying this time did not match the price.

The accommodation was clean and nice, but I saw wheels in the room hallway.
Other than that, the facilities and breakfast were excellent, worthy of a 5-star rating, and could easily be considered the best in Cebu.
The reception and lobby waiting facilities, which are small compared to the size of the complex, need to be improved.

Nina at the front desk was wonderful. She was most pleasant and accommodating-- which made us feel extra special on our wedding anniversary [she didn't know until after] place was clean and aesthetic. found a delectable surprise on our room too and we knew it was through Nina's efforts and keen attention to the customer. highly recommended hotel
