Best Hotels near Oliver Concepts, Cebu

Very convenient location, so close to restaurants, fast food, 7-11, laundromat and etc. Booked this for CFO, just 2 minutes walk. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. They have an elevator, convenient for travelers with heavy luggage or bags. My reservation was a queen-sized bed but the room I got was not queen-sized. I requested for the sheet to be changed as it had stains. Take note they require ₱1000 deposit for stains and lost items. So check everything as soon as you get in the room and inform them of any stains and items that aren’t working. The bed is comfortable but the pillows aren’t. TV and AC are both working. Wifi is spotty not good for working purposes. Bathroom needs cleaning. Their toilet bowl has yellowish stain and the walls have dirt marks. Water heater was working fine. Cupboard and flooring need cleaning. Overall it was an ok stay. I’ll book again because of the location and elevator. For the price I think The Rooms by Alinace is better compared to those Reddoorz/ OYO hotels.

The room is clean as always. Bathroom is spotless and no smell. Its good for budget hotel and location is accessible, although it is difficult to catch taxi when you are in a hurry. Overall it is a cheap and nice place to crash from traveling.

This is a budget friendly choice if you need to a short stay in Cebu city. Its ideally located near JY so transportation will not be a problem. They also have a resto called Tamp but its on the pricier side. Other restos/cafe just across the street as well. I had two overnight stays both booked on Agoda. The second stay, I decided to walk in however the front office desk agent advised me that they did not have availability. Strange. I booked a room via Agoda on the spot and was able to get the room and a good rate. Room pretty basic but it had the necessary amenities like coffee/tea making facilities. Also toiletries. Have to mention that on my 2nd stay, I was given a room that did not smell fresh. It was clean and all but the linens smelled like they did not dry properly so it was annoying. I did not raise an issue with front desk because it was just an overnight stay All in all, they offer better rates than the Yello hotel just across the road. They have long stay and day use rates as well.

We walked in and asked if they had a room available for the night. The reception personnel were very helpful and accommodating. The receptionist asked us to check the rooms available and we had a choice of Suite rooms, deluxe room or superior rooms. My wife chose the superior room. We paid for the accommodations and headed to the room. The room was really big with numerous windows on the 4th floor. The room was clean and had a king sized bed. The furniture is fine but some attention should be placed on the condition of the table. As I placed my elbow on the edge of the table it fell over due to a weak base and not properly attached. We didn’t use the table. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was really excellent. It was better than most places we have stayed. We invited some relatives over during the afternoon. We decided to have dinner in the hotel. Although the menu was not extensive it has enough for the average group. I ordered the pork steak with fries. Others ordered fried chicken and pork belly with rice. My wife just ordered a green salad with Thousand Island dressing. Although the meal took a while it was all placed on the table together. All orders were very tasty and well prepared. We would definitely eat here again. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone needing a quiet place to stay.

The cheapest hotel I could find. Stayed for 15 days. The rooms was on 4th floor nice and clean. I say rooms because halfway through our stay our air conditioning unit gave out so we were relocated(for free) to another room. The employees were all kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Location is nice. Almost next to Ayala mall and the general area is safe and easy to navigate/find transport in the form of either jeepney or bus. Decor is a bit gloomy and outdated. That beige on the walls is the only thing I disliked. It is by no means a 5 star hotel but it's a bargain for its price(15 euros a night) anyone would be stupid to pass. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Cebu on a budget. We didn't taste their kitchen or visit the gym they have.

My family enjoyed our stay at Crimson. Amenities are superb and world-class. Rooms and entire vicinity are clean. The villa in which we stayed was the best! We had a great experience from check in to departure. Everything was fast, smooth snd organized. Perfect service indeed. Crimson staff is the best! Everyone we met was friendly and accomodating, ready to serve, answered all queries and met our needs. Crimson will have a special place in our hearts! Thank you Crimson for everything! We had a late and delayed flight but grateful the van (free airport shuttle) waited for us. The lobby was simple & check-in was easy. Before going up to our room, they asked us to get the amenities we need (dental kits, shaving kits & combs). We stayed at the Twin C Room, it has a big ref, kitchen sink, tv, microwave, dining table & chairs & 2 big beds. The bathroom was like the ones in Japan, compact & small. There were no cabinets too. The beds were comfortable to sleep on & the ac was working well. Breakfast was served in what was like a cafeteria hall, it was supposed to be plated but it was served buffet style, breakfast menu was simple. It changes everyday. Location of the hotel is superb & convenient because its connected to J Centre Mall and there were pharmacies, banks, convenience stores & a spa nearby. Happy to have our massage there. The hotel was also beside the Skywater theme park but unfortunately it was indefinitely closed. Checkout was easy too. They allowed us to leave our luggage because we have a late flight, we just came back for it. We weren’t able to avail of the free shuttle going back to the airport because we weren’t able to book a day before (it’s not automatic even if they have your flight information), good thing we have relatives to bring us to the airport. Overall, price was reasonable and we had a nice & comfortable stay here.
