It was perfect, the location is very good. I booked it again.

Went here on a sunny Sunday and I couldn’t still get over how lovely this place is! West 35 is a 45 minute drive away from Cebu City. It might be far away, but surely it’s worth it! We actually stayed here for a night and it was just one of the best decision ever! The moment we arrive, all their friendly staff greeted us with smiles on their faces and even checking-in for our room was very convenient!! So here we go, we actually got the Basil-Suite Room for us which comes with a very comfy bed, a mini sala with cabled TV, an overlooking balcony of the mountains of Balamban. We were also in awe the moment we saw the bathroom! The walls were made up of transparent glass!! It was so good taking a bath with the views of the lush greeneries! We even also got an outdoor Jacuzzi and even a bonfire pit area which we enjoyed ourselves during the night over cans of beer. The experience was amazing! It was like we’re having our honeymoon during our stay. Haha. And not only that! Talking about the food? It was so good! The foods in Haven Café (West 35’s restaurant) do have wide range of menu from fresh salads, appetizers, and many foods that will surely be suitable to your liking at a very affordable price! If you were to ask me if I would consider going back here? The answer would be a big YES! Would never get enough of this place. So for someone who might be reading this right now, and is looking for a place to rejuvenate and escape from the bustling city life, West 35 Eco Mountain Resort is the place to be!!

Very clean and affordable!

The room is very small and the sound insulation is not good. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. Overall it is not satisfactory. If you are visiting Toledo, it is also a good choice.

The cheapest hotel I could find. Stayed for 15 days. The rooms was on 4th floor nice and clean. I say rooms because halfway through our stay our air conditioning unit gave out so we were relocated(for free) to another room. The employees were all kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Location is nice. Almost next to Ayala mall and the general area is safe and easy to navigate/find transport in the form of either jeepney or bus. Decor is a bit gloomy and outdated. That beige on the walls is the only thing I disliked. It is by no means a 5 star hotel but it's a bargain for its price(15 euros a night) anyone would be stupid to pass. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Cebu on a budget. We didn't taste their kitchen or visit the gym they have.

It's rare to find a place that offers such a well-rounded experience without breaking the bank. In conclusion, our time at Solea Mactan was nothing short of incredible. My family enjoyed our stay at Crimson. Amenities are superb and world-class. Rooms and entire vicinity are clean. The villa in which we stayed was the best! We had a great experience from check in to departure. Everything was fast, smooth snd organized. Perfect service indeed. Crimson staff is the best! Everyone we met was friendly and accomodating, ready to serve, answered all queries and met our needs. Crimson will have a special place in our hearts! Thank you Crimson for everything! Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel
