bel resort immerso nella natura ma molto scomodo da raggiungere a causa della lunga e dissestata strada con una ripida salita che quando piove si trasforma in un torrente d'acqua. camera piccola e con poca luce sia naturale che artificiale. il ristorante/sala colazioni aveva ampie vetrate alquanto sporche. la cassaforte della nostra camera non era fissata al muro. Entrata wellness a pagamento anche per gli ospiti del resort. personale gentile e disponibile.

I was curious to see this geoluxury hotel Nature and I was deeply disappointed. The location is beautiful with well-furnished rooms but very poor management and maintenance: chaise longues both before the suite and around the perimeter of the pool dirty and stained, pool perimeter floor made with uprooted wooden planks and dangerous, the inside of the swimming pool is peeling, in the living areas two fingers of dust, zero panorama, wood bar closed, road to get to the structure is narrow and dark and full of potholes and bumps, unprofessional staff made up of seasonal kids...gourmet restaurant with non-local products such as Jerusalem artichoke and menu not presented ... they gave us an iPad and didn't recommend anything ... and finally, despite the complaints, they didn't accompany us and we brought our suitcases .... how sad ...

Le lieu aspire immédiatement au calme et au repos. Dans l’ensemble les gens respectent cela. La végétation est agréable, bien entretenue, la piscine un peu moins par contre, un coup de peinture hors saison une fois vidée ne serait pas du luxe… Nous avions réservé en direct une suite pour 3 personnes, je m’attendais à mieux, déçue par rapport aux photos et description…vue de la chambre sur les escaliers communs, peut mieux faire pour une suite. A notre arrivée la douche était bouchée nous avons nettoyé le siphon sale nous mêmes. Pas de placard, juste quelques cintres, pas de tiroirs, pas de miroir de plein pied…déco dans le thème nature mais minimaliste. Les petits déjeuners sont bons mais les portions que l’on vous sert semblent regrettées. Je ne comprend pas qu’en Sicile le jus d’orange pressé soit un extra…bref Quant au restaurant, le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas du tout ! Sans intérêt. Il y’a vraiment une grande marge d’amélioration à beaucoup de niveau. On attend nettement mieux du standing annoncé… Dernier point lorsque vous venez de Messine, ne suivez surtout pas l’itinéraire de Google Maps, il faut suivre la route de CEFALU et environ 5 km avant CEFALU un petit panneau de l’hôtel sur la gauche vous indiquera la route à suivre.

Tout est top dans un magnifique écrin de verdure. Personnel exceptionnel, cuisine extraordinaire, hôtel magnifique, piscine exceptionnelle, vue imprenable, calme incroyable. Allez y les yeux fermés, il est impossible de le regretter 👌🏻

My partner and I literally fell in love with Vallegrande Nature Resort and its gourmet cuisine to the point of choosing this location for our wedding that we celebrated and celebrated in October. A magical, wonderful, bucolic place, immersed in the woods with a wonderful sea view. Refined, elegant but simple at the same time. A wonderful wedding, exactly as we imagined it! The gourmet cuisine is attentive, refined and genuine, a real pleasure for the palate. We spent the night there and the room and breakfast are also 10 and praise, I recommend this paradise to anyone who wants to spend time in nature to enjoy the peace and wonders of Vallegrande. It has become our favorite place. Congratulations to all the staff.
