Nulla da dire riguardo la location bellissima anche se in inverno chiaramente non offre nient’altro. Trovo però che il non fornire minimamente servizio di colazione, neanche come bustine da te o bustine di zucchero nella struttura sia un grave deficit ed ho trovato assolutamente negativo non fornire neanche bustine di Shampoo o bagnoschiuma Direi che è abbastanza improbabile che per due notti una coppia faccia totalmente la spesa e rifornisca la location quindi mi sentirei di suggerirla solo ed esclusivamente in estate, quando i servizi spero siano tutti attivi

Deludente perché nonostante sia disponibile sui cofanetti Smart box per ben 2 volte mi hanno annullato la prenotazione, anche se risultava camera disponibile, e non solo sul portale smart box ma anche sul loro sito e su booking.it Sicuramente porterò i miei soldi altrove.

What an amazing place! It is so comfortably well thought-out and the views are breathtakingly gorgeous. The family is also very generous and hospitable. I would 150% stay there again! In fact, I will try to create another trip just to go there.

Un luogo magico immerso completamente nel verde super curato, nel quale trovi la giusta tranquillità che ti permette di rilassarti. La titolare Franca e sua figlia Flavia sono persone fantastiche, le quali si impegnano per rendere l'intero complesso al top. Ottima la piscina come servizio. Perfetta posizione per raggiungere sia Perugia ( 15 Min di auto ), che tutti i sentieri nei dintorni. Eccellente il rapporto qualità prezzo. Questa è la seconda visita e ci ritornerei tante altre volte, per cui lo consiglio. Un saluto affettuoso da Ale, Angelica e la piccola Amanda da Napoli 💙

Luogo incantevole e silenzioso a 10 min di auto dalla città di Perugia e punto strategico per visitare questa meravigliosa regione. Immerso nel verde, tutto è curato nei dettagli con amore e dedizione, dalla signora Franca e da sua figlia Flavia in compagnia della dolcissima Mora 🐶. È il secondo anno che piacevolmente torniamo qui con nostra figlia di quasi due anni. Il nostro appartamento, “La Zucca”, è spazioso, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario soprattutto in cucina. Inoltre si denota un certo gusto nell’arredamento che richiama in modo originale il nome della casa in tutte le stanze. Ampio spazio verde per rilassarsi su sdraio, divanetti, amaca o sui lettini a bordo piscina. Presente anche uno scivolo e altalena per i bimbi. Possibilità di fare colazione in struttura e di acquistare il pane e le marmellate realizzati dalla signora Franca 🥰 Appena rientrati e già nn vediamo l’ora di ritornare!

Ho trascorso una settimana nell'agriturismo Il Corniolo e devo dire che tutto è andato per il meglio: l'appartamento pulitissimo, comodo e spazioso, le parti comuni rilassanti e comode, la signora Franca e la figlia Flavia veramente gentili e simpatiche! Grazie per la bellissima settimana, a presto!

I loved it! The nature all around is so gorgeous with all the flowers and plants, and so peaceful! The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is great! The owners are so sweet and give attention to our needs ... everything was perfect, so relaxing! And, it's not too far from Perugia's center. I would absolutely recommend this lovely place!

Sono stato con la famiglia in questo splendido agriturismo, ringrazio la Sig Carla e Flavia per la loro disponibilità e professionalità, molto attente alle esigenze dei loro ospiti , ti fanno sentire come a casa . Location molto curata e pulita immersa nel verde ideale per rilassarsi in piscina . Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i comfort e la pulizia ne fa da padrone , complimenti.Prezzi nella media .Si trova a 5 min in auto da supermercati e ristoranti … Consigliatissimo , sicuramente ci torneremo .
