Nachdem der Empfang beim Einchecken sehr angenehm und freundlich war, war unsere Entscheidung schnell getroffen, in der Sky Bar des Hotels zu essen- leider eine Fehlentscheidung! Missmutige Bedienung von Anfang an, Vorspeise und Hauptspeise kam gleichzeitig, alles schien zuviel. Die Bitte um getrennte Rechnungen (2 Zimmer) wurde offensichtlich als Zumutung empfunden, mit dem Aufschlüsseln der Rechnung (kyrillische Schrift) wurden wir dann alleine gelassen - unser Fazit: die restlichen Abende werden wir uns ein anderes Restaurant suchen !

unique hotel design, wonderful restaurant with a view; there should be more places for entertainment . Unfortunately, after 10 p.m., everything shuts down and there are no conditions for nightlife!!

We really recommend this place - first time in Skopje and we will be saying to family friends to go and stay in this hotel. Loved it from start to finish, our stay went too quickly!

Amazing view from SkyBar is worth the stay. Also enjoyed being away from city centre but only an easy 10 minutes drive away.
Hotel is modern and clean. Bed was comfortable, just room was on small size and needed some reconfiguration. You could tell ro used to have smaller bed from where lights were on the wall. There were also too many appliances and not enough plugs for them. A Dulce Gusto machine provided but no capsules. But these are all minor things - loved the stay and would return.

The hotel service totally disappointed. Air condition power control switch operte in their frount desk counter,after the my request they on the power switch for some time and off the power switch without the gust consent.They did not provid a tea making kettle in the room, According the request only they will supplay the hot water from the restaurant.
