"The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around the city. Contact with the staff was very quick, mainly via WhatsApp, as we rarely met in person, but they always responded quickly and courteously. The room was spacious and comfortable, and thoroughly cleaned. One area for improvement was breakfast: it's delivered in a small box to the room, but the quality is quite average. I'd recommend having breakfast in the surrounding area instead. There were four of us, and they only left us three towels, a detail worth keeping in mind. Also, the sofa bed needs updating, as it's not very comfortable."
