The bathroom and rooms are dirty. I stayed for 2 days with no bathroom or room cleaning the staff did not bother at all for the customer service. Even for 2 days i have to purchase a water bottle for drinking water.

They put very neat and clean pictures but very dirty rooms and bedsheets pillow they have ac and hot water switches on reception the staf operate from there and in midnight they off the ac switches and can’t receive any call no one staff available on reception at night horrible experience in my life

The hotel was unhygienic and the staff was really rude to us while we arrived and the very next day after i complained to customer service in span of of few minutes the guys became very sweet and started requesting to not complain and give good reviews

Only good about the hotel is the *** at the reception. Else worst hotel to stay. Dirty and torn bed sheets. Stained walls. Cigarette lying on the floor. Dirty washroom. What else do you need to call it an experience of hell.
