There is much room for improvement for cleanliness and service. Towels had greyish stains, and the tables and the floor were a little dusty. Receptionist did not ask for deposit upon check-in, so it caused some confusion when another staff asked me about the deposit during check-out. The best thing about this hotel is the convenience as it is located near the metro station, and there are food establishments and convenience stores nearby.

The cleaning conditions are poor. There is female hair on the floor. And slippers are not provided so I had to get them from the counter.
