Hi! Everything is perfect except when we checked in, the bedding already has stains. Also, it would be great if there was a fridge in all types of rooms. Overall, nice hotel and very nice lobby. However, staying at Tanah abang is not ideal as it’s pretty macet there and there’s no proper pavements for walking. You have to walk on the road which is pretty dangerous.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I am in Jakarta. It's incredible that even when I have not been here for a while, the staff still remembers my name. Of course, the service is always good; the breakfast buffet is better than some hotels, and the convenience of being close to several malls beats other hotels.

The hotel very near Tanah Abang and location wise very good. However when I booked the hotel it’s with window but the room allocated was with cosmetic windows. Too tired to change another room as it’s already late at night.

Clean and no fuss price is reasonable.good service however i experience i small issue.deliver parc3l.to hotel. Asked the reception the where about of the items but no one.knew..ask the shop if they have delivered they say yes 2 days ago..check again and ask them.to check srorage and we found our items. We have to.make a trip to he shop and asked if they have delivere?? Hotel.plse have some records of parcel.coming in and out. Other of the small issue all is great hotel sm3ll nice..oh 1 more thing the walss.is so thin and we could here people snoring and noices

Really friendly staff. I checked in at 1:45am , the rooms are big and really clean !!
Breakfast had good options to choose from. It took about 45 mins by grab to the airport in the morning . The staff asked if they needed to arrange taxi too.
The one staff that handle drop off and baggage knew me by my name , impressed by that.
I would book here again if I come to Jakarta.

Good location for business travellers who want to go to Tanah Abang & Thamrin City. Average spread of buffet breakfast. Ashley Room is big and spacious.

New boutique hotel, gorgeous interior design. Bed and pillow are comfy. Location is fantastic. However do not expect service to be that of a five star hotel. They are doing their best and I appreciate it. Staff are always helpful and willing to assist with anything that you might need.

A very interesting modern hotel, the location is convenient but very quiet. The breakfast is good, the only issue is the coffee served with breakfast is too light.
