This hostel is understaffed, so don't expect much in terms of service. Facilities are decent and they have theme nights which is fun. The private room with attached bathroom that we chose was HUGE and could probably accomodate another 4 people easily.

The rooms are spacious and there is a locked luggage compartment under the bed. The shower rooms are also pretty clean. The shared kitchen is quite well equipped with free food. However, it is true that some guests have bad manners. Some leave dishes, pots, and pans they used unwashed, and some eat and drink other people's food and milk even though it is labeled.

I didn’t like that almost everything in the hotel was made of metal: the bed, shelves... The wardrobe was shabby.. For storing luggage 3.5 euros without a receipt.

This network is probably the best hostels in the world. Comfortable bed and cleanliness everywhere. Friendly staff. Lots of free things - wine or beer upon check-in, water, tea, coffee, cookies around the clock. Free fruit at lunch. Great spacious kitchen for cooking. There are free products in the kitchen: eggs, pasta, tomato paste, canned food, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, zucchini. Lots of dishes. There is a great terrace and areas with books for reading. There is a fun bar on the ground floor. The room has good ventilation. Wifi works great. On the minus first floor there is a team for games with slot machines and billiards. There is a kicker at the bar. The bar has reasonable prices. This is truly an ideal hostel, where every little detail is thought out so that guests feel comfortable. In a week I’ll be in Milan, I also booked a hostel there from this chain, everything there is just as cool. I recommend it to everyone! The center of Genoa is very close on foot from the hostel. The train station and FlixBus buses are 10 minutes on foot. Overall - perfect
