"Compare to price it is better than I was expecting. The location is really good 5 mins walk from the airport. Volabus costs 10€ for 24 hours pass and you can use metro, ship (Novabus), bus with that, and 30 mins to de Ferrari. It was excellent."

"The hotel is located directly opposite Genoa train station, offering views of the surrounding area and the station from the windows. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most city center attractions are just a 10-15 minute walk away. There is no on-site parking, so guests will need to use paid parking facilities nearby."

I may come back here again. the only point is that they do not have a unified rule for guests, i.e. for example, not to make noise in the room after 11 pm. people can sit there and talk, if someone is already sleeping and they will not care. I think this is wrong and need to come up with rules for resting at night."

"I can't rate this hotel specifically, as I was accommodated at the neighboring Grand Hotel Savoia, but since they're part of the same chain, I think I can leave a comment. I liked the Savoia overall: beautiful interiors with a hint of luxury, sumptuous breakfasts on the terrace with a wide selection of dishes, and the restaurant has live music in the mornings and evenings—a pianist plays, very beautiful! 😍 Daily cleaning, towels changed, and bottled water replenished daily. The location is convenient if you're traveling by train, as Genova Piazza Principe station is three minutes from the hotel (easy access to Milan, La Spezia, Santa Margherita Ligure, and nearby towns and suburbs). The only thing that really upset me was that I stayed at this hotel for my birthday, but there wasn't even a card. After all, it's normal for a high-end hotel to be attentive to guests, especially if they have important events or special occasions."

"The building is nicely located - 5 mins walk to Genova Brignole Station, few mins to Via San Vicenzo. It is a historical palazzo with very nice entryway and public spaces. The rooms itself was tidy and nice, with a beautiful balcony. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided useful informations on the city, also some extras to the room like cookies :)"

"We stayed at the hotel for one night and then moved. Pros: location, spacious room, free coffee. Cons: very hot, no air conditioning, only a fan; small common area; the hotel is very old; strange manager - always yelling; but what was the cherry on the cake: when we came to get our bags, he said that we should leave the hotel immediately, because we were breaking the safety rules and disturbing other guests, we were creating a threat to them. ))) funny))"
