"Located in the old town of Genova, the best location for a walk around the town. It's a little confusing because the reception is on the 2nd floor, but the room is clean and easy to use."

Amazing
TTrip LOVERssThis is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, on the main street, but it does not have its own parking lot. It is not convenient to park at the gate. You need to park in the independent parking garage at the back, which costs about 10 euros a night. We stayed for a short time, but the room was very good and we slept well. I would like to praise the breakfast, which is very rich in Europe, with a full range of varieties. The breakfast room is also very beautiful, like a room in a movie. The front desk service is very good and answers all questions. Overall, it is quite good, except that it is a bit expensive.
FFra DallaAll perfect in the hotel. Large room with giant bathroom and unfair cleaning, friendly staff and available. Excellent sweet breakfast. Perfect location if you want to visit the aquarium and the historic center. The only note is that the conventional parking has a whole plan dedicated to electric cars but the columns did not work. Fortunately, just below the hotel there is one!
Mmanyuan0730The house is in an old building for a long time. The door needs a password. The elevator is an old-fashioned elevator. 2 people can take it every time. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. We live on the fourth floor and the indoor bathroom is covered. The gap in the door is 10 cm high. Please pay attention to not fall. The bathroom is also a 10 cm gap. If you are dark at night, you can step on the empty. The facilities in the house are very new. The roof mural is beautifully decorated. The building is high. Feel very comfortable 😌 breakfast is simple. Overall it is quite satisfactory. From the station to the hotel, each building corridor is super beautiful. You can also shop by the way. The hotel is very close to the Governor's Mansion and Ferrari Square. There is also a traditional vegetable market next to it. You can go and experience the customs.
MMarinaThe location is excellent, breakfast is basic (italian style), room small that smells like dust with bathroom that looks more like the one on a cruise ship. Bed was very uncomfortable because it has old style blistering springs. I guess it’s fine for night or two.

MMrlyj_LEEThe hotel is very close to the airport, not far from the metro and train station. It's convenient to eat nearby. There are several Chinese restaurants. The room was cleaned and the breakfast was plentiful. Especially the boss, President Zhao, is considerate and very familiar with the local people and gives you good suggestions for travel.
