"The hotel is not far from the train station but the road is very difficult to walk. There are small alleys everywhere in the old city, and there are many dangerous buildings on both sides. The small hotel is considered a homestay and the conditions are very poor. The facilities are old and aging and some have been broken. Make do for two days. Because I care about the convenience of travel, I can bear it. At night, many black people around, and I am still afraid. Not recommended to live here. The reception is still very warm. There is no elevator to carry your luggage up and down the narrow stairs."

GGuest UserIt is just next to the train station and you can easily walk to the city or use the punlic transport. The hotel is old of course but everything was in working condition. I thought people were exaggerating in the reviews but it is true that you can hear noise from other rooms and corridors. My sleep is heavy so i didn't have a problem with it.

MM306752****The real palace is very amazing. The experience is full. The tea set is Chinese. The front desk is a bit serious. The waiter is very enthusiastic and active. Help with luggage and parking.
The location is unparalleled. Outside the window is the core area of the port. The back door of the hotel is the core scenic spot.
As for the room, look directly at the picture. Tong Xuan is not bullying.
Breakfast staff is warm but there are too few choices. It belongs to the mini breakfast.

Most city center attractions are just a 10-15 minute walk away. There is no on-site parking, so guests will need to use paid parking facilities nearby.

GGiasonelAfter booking for one night, I renewed it for another night. It is not far from cruise terminals such as the Heart of the Mediterranean, but it is still a bit far from the city center or the Genoa Aquarium.
There is a three-story esselunga supermarket behind the hotel, and a Japanese buffet opened by Chinese people is diagonally opposite the hotel gate.
Parking is very convenient. There is a special underground parking garage. There are also two gas stations next to it, and you can see the Genoa Lighthouse.
The hotel environment is good, but there are many children in the lobby, which is noisy because of the entertainment facilities. There is also a piano in the lobby. At the beginning, the piano cover was opened, but because there were always children playing it randomly and making noise, the staff directly put a giant teddy bear on the piano stool and closed the piano.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre
though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

MMalu_BaThe hotel is near Brignole Station, but I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark.
The hotel itself is in a creepy building, and you must take the elevator (very small and very creepy) to the reception.
The room was nothing like the pictures. It was nice and smelled bad (not sure of what, I didn't want to find out).
I was only there for 6 hours, as I was travelling further for the weekend and then back to Genoa. I didn't/wouldn't go back to that hotel.

CCaleb LiIt is a very clean and very new hotel , it is not a hotel, but all the environment is very clean,  character ratio is high, the staff does not understand English, but can also communicate , the boss is very good, and there is a capsule coffee machine , the traffic is very close to the station, it is recommended

GGuest UserThe hotel is very old-fashioned, the key is still the original kind with teeth, it is not allowed to go out, it is estimated that I am worried about losing Guo copy. The elevator is grid, it will tremble when it stops, the curtains are very dirty, a layer of gray visible to the naked eye, and the bedside board is loose. Hotels at the same price are completely several grades higher.
The only better thing is that it is close to Prince Square, and the nearby trains, subways and buses are more convenient.
