GGuest UserThe staircase is a highlight, the food at Giotto restaurant is quite good, the location is very convenient, there's a shopping street downstairs, there's valet parking, and the rooms are quite spacious.

MM306752****The real palace is very amazing. The experience is full. The tea set is Chinese. The front desk is a bit serious. The waiter is very enthusiastic and active. Help with luggage and parking.
The location is unparalleled. Outside the window is the core area of the port. The back door of the hotel is the core scenic spot.
As for the room, look directly at the picture. Tong Xuan is not bullying.
Breakfast staff is warm but there are too few choices. It belongs to the mini breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre
though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

GGuest UserA little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional.
The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

The rooms boast a decidedly modern design, yet are tastefully adorned with classic oil paintings, murals, and exquisite decorative touches. This instantly imbues the space with a rich artistic ambiance, making it feel like a truly aesthetic haven where contemporary style meets timeless art. Setting a high standard for service, every interaction, from check-in to room service, showcased professionalism and genuine care. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, resulting in a flawless and truly perfect stay. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a wide and varied selection to satisfy every palate. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making getting around incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was the slightly convoluted route to the parking garage, but this small issue absolutely pales in comparison to the overall excellence. The entire experience was flawless, and I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again on my next trip to Genoa!

CCaleb LiIt is a very clean and very new hotel , it is not a hotel, but all the environment is very clean,  character ratio is high, the staff does not understand English, but can also communicate , the boss is very good, and there is a capsule coffee machine , the traffic is very close to the station, it is recommended

GGuest UserWe were freezing in our room air come did not work properly and only received a bed sheet on our bed!! Breakfast and coffee was the worst I had in years big shame for Italy!!! Would not recommend paying for it
