SSuren STVery convenient location in Nervi. Near the station, where it is easy to get to places like Bolyasko, Camolia, Portofino. A beautiful villa, far from noisy streets. The room is clean. I need to tell separately about the host, Marco. Very attentive to the guests, answered all questions, advised restaurants with delicious food. There was constant contact. Marco, grazie!

KKimeddieThe hotel I stayed at on the first day of my visit to Genoa from Nice.. I barely found it on Google Maps because it was in a maze, but nearby restaurants, vintage shops, marts, etc. were all right next to it, so it was very convenient.. The room was clean and comfortable because of the remodeling.. The front desk staff was friendly.. It seems a bit dangerous if you just go around too late in the evening.. Have a good trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the train station but the road is very difficult to walk. There are small alleys everywhere in the old city, and there are many dangerous buildings on both sides. The small hotel is considered a homestay and the conditions are very poor. The facilities are old and aging and some have been broken. Make do for two days. Because I care about the convenience of travel, I can bear it. At night, many black people around, and I am still afraid. Not recommended to live here. The reception is still very warm. There is no elevator to carry your luggage up and down the narrow stairs.

Pros: location, spacious room, free coffee.
Cons: very hot, no air conditioning, only a fan; small common area; the hotel is very old; strange manager - always yelling; but what was the cherry on the cake: when we came to get our bags, he said that we should leave the hotel immediately, because we were breaking the safety rules and disturbing other guests, we were creating a threat to them. ))) funny))

LLiubov ShimolinaДля 1-2 ночей вполне приемлемо. Да, он старый, но и цена разумная. Очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин, он был очень любезен и решал все наши проблемы (оставить багаж до вечернего поезда и т.д.). В гостинице есть вкусная и дешевая пиццерия. До центра минут 20 пешком, сам отель в удобной локации рядом с вокзалом. Персонал почти не говорит по-английски, но Гугл-переводчик в помощь.
В целом для ночевки сойдет, особенно радует цена.
