L'albergo è molto comodo per visitare la città perchè si trova vicino alla metro e alla fermata di diversi autobus. Con un biglietto che costa 9 euro 4 persone possono utilizzare x 24 ore i mezzi pubblici. Noi abbiamo prenotato con booking anche il parcheggio e lo consiglio. Ci è stato riservato un appartamento con 2 camere e 2 bagni nello stabile davanti all'hotel, molto spazioso e con una bella vista (ma era impossibile chiudere i finestroni). Punti negativi l'accoglienza e la colazione, molto genovese.

Hotel pulito vicino alla stazione e al porto vicino per prendere il bus, alla reception sono gentili c’è un ristorante menu fissò e la sera pizza lo consiglio ,comunque il mese di Agosto troppe pedone in giro

We had lunch and dinner here at the weekend. Excellent business lunch with memorable pesto lasagna. In the evening we opted for a pizza, which turned out to be truly exceptional! All at a truly moderate price! The icing on the cake was kindness and friendliness wonderful owners ready to help you with every request! It would be a place worth mentioning in the city guides and we were lucky to find it!

Ottima focaccia al formaggio, la trattoria dell’hotel è una piacevole sorpresa. Tanti piatti tipici e pizze fatte sul momento. Cordialità con il sorriso che a Genova non è così scontata. Non essendo un ristorante si può permettere qualche sbavatura ma come trattoria è molto valida per la qualità prezzo. Da provare!

We booked the garage and they gave it to someone else, we arrived in a very large room with the kitchen, all and I mean all in terrible condition, dirt everywhere, certainly already rented to other people and there was still dirt from the old tenants, mold inside the fridge, dishes with food still attached, dishwasher with dirty dishes, we went down for breakfast and found the room all dirty with pieces of food on the floor, chairs with filthy cushions, croissants from days before, I don't want to go on terrible hotel, disgusting😡😡😡😡😡

Pulizia delle camere e attenzione verso il cliente buoni, ma lascia a desiderare la colazione (ridotta proprio ai minimi termini) e la cena: troppo salata e scoordinata (eravamo in 6 e i piatti sono arrivati a singhiozzo. Quando il primo aveva finito, l'ultimo doveva ancora cominciare... Inoltre il bordo del piatto era sporco e unto!). In generale, per una notte è più che accettabile, il bagno era provvisto di set cortesia ma non phon.
