4-Star Hotels in Genoa

This was our second stay in Genoa; our first stay was at NH Marina. The hotel's location is very central and secure. We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open. The breakfast and hotel staff deserve the best reviews. Cleanliness was good except for some dust in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I find the price-performance ratio to be high. There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Fortunately, there are free parking spaces around, just uphill from the supermarket. It is better to park your valuables in the lower parking lot inside the hotel.

A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

A very recommended hotel. The hotel is very new. The bed and shower water are very good. It is in a private yacht club. There are six restaurants nearby and a very safe free parking lot. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

Excellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

The hotel is near the old port and the location is excellent! The hotel completely exceeded expectations and it is worth staying... The service is thoughtful and welcoming. At the time of check-in, we also prepare a map to introduce the main attractions of Genoa one by one, and introduce the hiking route. It is a great hotel in all aspects!

The old five-star room facilities are quietly old, but still very clean and tidy. Breakfast is OK. The pre-authorization at the front desk is not very used to Chinese tourists. It is obvious that Trip.com has been paid in full. When it comes to the pre-authorization of the same amount, I don't know what the intention is. However, the credit card bill the next month after leaving the store was not included, but the heart was always thinking, a bit annoying. Genoa is still a city with a unique style, and the St. George Cross flag makes people have the illusion of being in England, which is very fun.

Parking is available, but you have to drive around from the main road to the back of the property to access it. The harbor view is beautiful.
