AAnonymous UserСам по себе отель хороший, особенно с учетом того какие отели вокруг. Близко море и станция Nervi. Хороший завтрак. Важно что есть парковка (правда 45 евро в сутки), так как в Нерви припарковать машину почти нереально.
Но есть ужасные минусы:
- невыносимая вонь в номере. Персонал сказал что от кондиционера, попросил не беспокоится, поставил освежитель воздуха, но ничего не изменилось.
- нежелание помочь. После того как было заявлено что в номере ужасный запах, логично было бы предложить другой номер, компенсацию, ну хотя бы что-то. Предложили только не переживать.
- единый балкон на много номеров, к нам дважды за проживание заходили чужие большие собаки. Так быть не должно.
- очень дорогой ужин в ресторане. В целом это не проблема, но качество еды среднее, не на эти деньги
- вода в душе рандомно меняется от ледяной до кипятка несколько раз за пару минут, это нельзя контролировать
Очень жаль что в целом такой классный отель допускает такие провалы. При цене 1000 евро за ночь так нельзя.

SShuijingjing_Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all. Parking is difficult. The front desk asked you to park nearby, and I got a ticket for two days.

GGiasonelAfter booking for one night, I renewed it for another night. It is not far from cruise terminals such as the Heart of the Mediterranean, but it is still a bit far from the city center or the Genoa Aquarium.
There is a three-story esselunga supermarket behind the hotel, and a Japanese buffet opened by Chinese people is diagonally opposite the hotel gate.
Parking is very convenient. There is a special underground parking garage. There are also two gas stations next to it, and you can see the Genoa Lighthouse.
The hotel environment is good, but there are many children in the lobby, which is noisy because of the entertainment facilities. There is also a piano in the lobby. At the beginning, the piano cover was opened, but because there were always children playing it randomly and making noise, the staff directly put a giant teddy bear on the piano stool and closed the piano.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

EEmi526A very recommended hotel. The hotel is very new. The bed and shower water are very good. It is in a private yacht club. There are six restaurants nearby and a very safe free parking lot. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

AAnonymous UserDownstairs is a small supermarket, open until ten o'clock, convenient to purchase, this is very good. The high speed is very close, the problem is that there is vehicle noise at night. The hotel should be equipped with earplugs for free. But they cannot be required by Chinese standards. After all, their four-star room is at home. Fortunately, there are free parking spaces around, just uphill in the supermarket. It is best to park the valuables vehicle in the low parking lot inside the hotel.
