4-Star Hotels in Lanzhou

This time I stayed at the Vanly Hotel, and the location was fantastic! It's right inside the Lanzhou Old Street scenic area, with tons of places to eat, drink, and have fun. Restaurants are practically on your doorstep, and there are so many delicious spots. I had some amazing beef noodles, hand-grabbed lamb, and BBQ in Lanzhou. The service was absolutely superb – check-in was super fast and friendly, making me feel really comfortable. The coffee was great, and anything I needed was brought to the room very quickly. The bedding was spotless, and the hygiene was excellent. Transportation is also very convenient, being close to the high-speed rail station, which makes getting around easy.

The room facilities are relatively new and the hygiene is well-maintained. The air conditioning noise is very low, which is great. Since I was traveling with two children, the front desk lady kindly offered an extra breakfast. The laundry room is very smart; it automatically dispenses detergent and disinfectant, and even sends WeChat notifications when clothes are ready. The breakfast quality is good.

Facilities: Very new and practical, with a fridge stocked with drinks. The room is also quite spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: The environment is excellent, and you can see Lanzhou West Station from the window. Service: The service is very enthusiastic; they always try to solve any problems. Breakfast is rich and varied. Overall, it was a great experience, and my child loved it. Lanzhou High-Speed Train Station pick-up and drop-off service: Free pick-up and drop-off if booked in advance.

Checked into your hotel yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to a RT-Mart, and there's even a Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, a very pleasant stay! [smiley face emoji] And a big shoutout to the customer service for their outstanding and thoughtful service.

Conveniently located with easy access to Line 1 and right by a food street/pedestrian street. Zhongshan Bridge is also nearby, just a ten-minute walk away. Make sure to try the first batch of beef noodles at the next-door shop in the morning! The young man from Hebei at the front desk provided amazing service. If I come to Lanzhou again, this will definitely be my first choice.

After visiting Bingling Temple, we drove straight to a hotel near Zhongchuan Airport, as the airport is really far from the city. Luckily, we could still order some Lanzhou delicacies via food delivery. The room was booked using Trip.com points, and the soundproofing was excellent. I couldn't hear any airplane or road noise at all, which allowed me to get a solid two and a half hours of deep sleep. The service was quite friendly, but I requested a room upgrade through Trip.com and it doesn't seem like I received one. Breakfast was decent. There weren't many hot dishes or protein options, but the beef noodles were really flavorful, especially the chili oil in them.

My stay at the Atour Hotel in Lanzhou was absolutely fantastic this time, and overall, it was a very comfortable experience. I must especially commend the front desk lady; her service was gentle and meticulous, and she paid great attention to guest feelings. She responded promptly to any needs I had during my trip and helped resolve them properly and efficiently. Her warm and friendly demeanor was incredibly comforting during my journey. When I went back to the hotel at night to get my room card, I saw “get some fruit” written on it, which was a charming touch~ The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Xiguan Cross. It's very close to popular attractions like Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River, all within walking distance, making sightseeing and dining extremely convenient. The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing in the street-facing room exceeded my expectations, providing a quiet haven amidst the bustling city. Whether you're visiting Lanzhou for tourism or a short stay, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

I read many negative hotel reviews before my trip and was hesitant to book anywhere. I ended up booking this hotel a day before, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming – truly outstanding! The cleaning staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend! There's even a robot delivering food, which my child loved seeing for the first time! This hotel is excellent; the service in all aspects is meticulous and thoughtful. It's suitable for a stay, clean, comfortable, offers a great experience, is well-equipped, and provides great value for money. Downstairs, there are plenty of food and drink options, and a supermarket is very close by, right across the street. There's even a McDonald's!

This is an excellent hotel. It is located right on the Northwest Normal University Campus. It is easy to walk to any part of campus from the hotel. The hotel is also close to 金牛街 (Golden Cow Street), which has lots of shops and restaurants, and the Yellow River, which has nice walking and biking paths. The hotel is also just a 30min bus ride to parts of downtown Lanzhou using the BRT bus. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable, with good views from the window and soft beds. Each day the hotel provides 2 bottles of water and slippers to wear in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast area is also nice if you pay for it. They have local beef noodles, which are delicious!
