AAnonymous UserThe flat white was delicious! The room was cozy, and the hotel's lobby decor was very classy. It's located right on Lanzhou Old Street, so the hotel's location is super easy to find. The breakfast selection was also rich and tasty. The ladies at the front desk were all incredibly warm and friendly! 👍

NNikoas4Some people in the stuff speak english. The name of the hotel is Madison Hotel, not the one that trip says (but the photos on Trip show it). It's a 20min walk from the train station but that's because next to the train station there's nothing. In front of the hotel there's a bus stop for many bus lines. Unfortunately lanzhou (at the time of my review) only has 2 subway lines and it's easier to move by bus even though the traffic in the city is maddening. The hotel is extremly luxurious and there are also washing machines and dryers. This is the birthplace of Jiafei make sure to visit all the places she has been to during your stay.

GGuest UserI came to Lanzhou for the marathon and brought my family to explore for two or three days. I chose the Orange Crystal Hotel due to its excellent location and my trust in the brand (I've stayed at Crystal Hotels for marathons in Xining and Shanghai before). The Crystal Hotel truly lived up to expectations. It's conveniently located near Lanzhou West Station, with easy transportation and a bustling commercial area nearby offering plenty of dining options. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was quick. They even upgraded my room! It was spacious, bright, well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The hot water was plentiful, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. What truly stood out was their thoughtful service. They prepared a special 'marathon booster pack' for runners, complete with a handwritten card, and even arranged for an early breakfast and a late check-out after the race. It really felt like a warm haven during my trip. Five-star rating, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely amazing! It's the ultimate spot for exploring and dining in the city center. Right in the heart of Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, just a few steps from the Provincial Government subway station. You're right in the commercial hub the moment you step out, and it's a short walk to Zhongshan Bridge. The service is thoughtful and professional, really warming your heart. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and efficient, making check-in super fast. They answer all your questions and even proactively offer tips for Lanzhou's best food and attractions. The robot delivery service is incredibly quick. Upon check-out, they even provide wet wipes and local tea bags – constant little surprises! Breakfast is fantastic, with freshly made Lanzhou beef noodles, tofu pudding, and other local snacks, offering both Chinese and Western options.

GGuest UserOur stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to several attractions, and just a subway ride away from the Olympic Sports Center. Taxis are also readily available, which was great since we were traveling with elderly family members and could easily pop back to the hotel for a rest. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining and shopping options, making it super convenient. The staff were attentive and meticulous, and the environment was quiet and clean, which really helped to alleviate travel fatigue. Highly recommend!

It would be even better if the balcony were cleaner and had outdoor furniture like a table and chairs. The front desk concierge was also quite enthusiastic.
