YYan520Hotel location: The hotel is in a very good location. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from Lanzhou West Railway Station. There is a bus stop at the door for direct access. It is about a 20-minute walk from the Gansu Provincial Museum and about 10 minutes by taxi.
Environmental facilities: clean and hygienic, and the decoration looks very comfortable. The bathroom is large, there is a small refrigerator in the room, and a bottle of water is placed to keep it cold, which is very considerate. The most important thing is the breakfast, which is very rich. If my friends didn't want to go out to eat, I would really like to have breakfast in the hotel every day!
Hotel service: The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. After the three of us checked in, we were surprised to find three pairs of slippers when we came back the next day, which was really thoughtful.

GGuest UserFrom the two room cards before entering the door, to the fruit snacks in the room, to the greeting cards with warm wishes on the table, all of them reveal the details and enthusiasm of the hotel service. Details determine success or failure. I think Atour's attitude of truly considering the guests is the reason why it is so popular.
Of course, we have to mention the restaurant on the top floor. The night view is very photogenic no matter how you take it!

CCoach Patrick RedThe room is great, although this time we had an issue with the morning to the airport service. We arrived on time at 6:20am and there was no room in the shuttle that was scheduled. It’s very stressful to wake up early and make sure you don’t miss a flight, and they clearly overbooked the shuttle, even though we specifically arranged this the night before.
A rude family pushed past us too and the hotel staff didn’t really communicate what was going on. I appreciate the hospitality during the stay, but guests shouldn’t have to worry about missing a flight from rude other guests and miss-counted shuttles.

SShahzanDiDi ride to the hotel was easy and check-in was smooth. We loved that pedestrian street Zhangye Road was just 150 meters from the hotel and night market Da Zhong Xiang was 500 meters. The hotel has two elevator locations, one right under the sign that says Courtyard Hotel and another one through a small alley on the right side of Bank of Gansu which you will see is situated in the same building as the hotel. Must go to 5th floor for reception. Bathroom amenities and towels were replaced daily. Small issue is some parts of room were dusty, window not cleaned and I wished there was a bidet spray for washing.

WWitidaI recommend everyone to stay here especially if this is the first time you come to Lanzhou. The hotel located on 9th-10th floor in Yaou department store, opposite of Xiguan subway station. You take the lift of the department store and go directly to the 9th floor to check-in. The staff didn't speak English or some could a little but they would help you kindly and politely. When we asked for doing laundry they did it for us for free. The room was clean and cosy. Since the hotel is in the center of the district you can find everything you need and the zhongshan bridge is about 5 mins on foot.

TTraveling BritFirst of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station.
The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space.
When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked.
Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.
