GGuest UserSomeone was there to pick me up right after I landed, so I didn't have to wait. The business car service was excellent, but the hotel had a really strong smell, probably because it was newly renovated. It's a five-star hotel, but the facilities feel a bit basic. However, it's good enough for a temporary stay. It's so convenient now that there's an airport nearby, which wasn't the case before. Ordering takeout was a bit inconvenient, but breakfast was quite good.

AAilvxingdeCCmomoIt will not be far to walk from Lanzhou University subway station. The trees and flowers on the road are very beautiful. The hotel environment is impeccable. The front desk brother on the day is very warm and courteous, and very responsible. I like it! The hotel will also send fruit plates and homemade yogurt every day. Yogurt is really delicious! There are not many types of breakfast, but this bowl of Lanzhou beef noodles is really a must! Super delicious beef noodles! ! ! There is also the big window in the breakfast room, there is a big tree outside, it is beautiful! ! ! The restaurant staff I met on the first day were very good, warm and courteous! But the next day, an older staff member at the door had a not very good attitude.

The check-in staff has a strong sense of service, the hotel facilities are also very good, and the swimming pool is very clean, so it is worth recommending.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with my stay! Hilton's professionalism is unquestionable; the room was clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. The staff member, Kane, was very friendly and automatically upgraded me to a ”lake view room” – opening the window offered a spectacular view of the Yellow River. He was very accommodating to reasonable customer requests, even granting a free 3-hour late check-out. It was a particularly warm experience staying in Lanzhou! The breakfast selection was also rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

GGuest UserI'm a regular here, and for business trips, Lanzhou Olympic Sports Ruyi Huaxi is always my top choice! The location is excellent, close to the subway and Olympic Sports Center, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's also right next to Wanda Plaza, so business dinners, shopping, and leisure activities are all covered in one place. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with full office facilities and stable high-speed internet. The comfortable bedding ensures a good night's sleep, allowing for both efficient work and peaceful rest. The front desk and Butler Bian provide professional and efficient service, responding promptly to any needs. It makes business travel so hassle-free. Highly recommended!

1. The room is very big.
2. I met the staff doing the cleaning, and confirmed that the linens were indeed changed for each guest!
3. It is very close to the shopping mall, food court, and airport.
4. The service is nice.
Disadvantages:
The lobby and the room are not non-smoking.

The breakfast at 8:00 is quite rich and the taste is above average. There are specialty seed melon and yogurt! Ramen is also freshly made, but Lanzhou ramen almost does not contain beef, and the beef is only injured on the skin.
