GGuest UserSomeone was there to pick me up right after I landed, so I didn't have to wait. The business car service was excellent, but the hotel had a really strong smell, probably because it was newly renovated. It's a five-star hotel, but the facilities feel a bit basic. However, it's good enough for a temporary stay. It's so convenient now that there's an airport nearby, which wasn't the case before. Ordering takeout was a bit inconvenient, but breakfast was quite good.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in Lanzhou Old Street, offering a quiet retreat amidst a bustling area. We were upgraded to a quieter room, which really made for a comfortable night's sleep. The facilities are good too; it would be even more convenient if there was a coffee table to place things on. What truly impressed me the most was the hotel's service. All the staff members were warm and friendly, including the cleaning aunties, who provided timely and attentive service. They even thoughtfully prepared a 'cheer-up' kit for us participants of the Lanzhou Marathon, which included various snacks, cooling patches, and band-aids – something I've never encountered before! There was also a special backdrop in the hotel lobby, showing how much effort Lanzhou as a city put into making this event a success. It was truly touching. The hotel is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Matan Metro Station, with plenty of bus routes nearby.
I really enjoyed Lanzhou Old Street; it has everything for dining, lodging, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lanzhou.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is quite pricey for Lanzhou, but it's definitely worth the money. The location is top-notch, right by the Yellow River, and very close to Zhongshan Bridge, Waterwheel Garden, and the Du Zhe Museum, making transportation very convenient. The hygiene is excellent; everything is clean and tidy. The staff also asked every day if I needed housekeeping, which was a nice touch. The service is also top-tier. When I arrived by taxi, a staff member immediately helped with my luggage, and a robot even delivered my takeout orders directly to my room. The only thing that could be improved is the interior design. For example, the bathroom doesn't have a small sink, and the air conditioning is central, so it can't be adjusted independently in the room. For someone like me who gets hot easily, it wasn't cool enough.

✈✈maermingziyaobaqi✈Since I chose the Crown Hotel in Lanzhou New District for a business trip, I still believe that they are a brand of InterContinental. The check-in staff has a strong sense of service, the hotel facilities are also very good, and the swimming pool is very clean, so it is worth recommending.

This was a really great stay overall. The hotel facilities are fully equipped, and the location is excellent. What really stood out was the amazing service. GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

YYingeguangshijieArrived in Lanzhou on May 22nd to participate in a marathon and booked a room at the Hilton Garden Inn Lanzhou Hekou (Yellow River Waterwheel Park Branch). The hotel is conveniently located next to Nongmin Alley, and its 52-story height makes it very prominent. I took the subway to the hotel, and it was just a 5-minute walk, two intersections away, from the station. Parking is free for guests.
The lobby on the first floor is very grand, with a cafe and a gift shop. The front desk is on the 51st floor, and check-in was quite fast. The front desk informed me that the hotel provides race-day breakfast, and I just needed to register for it.
My room was on the 32nd floor, a small room with a good view. It had a kettle and a hairdryer. The TV screen was large, and the toilet was a standard type. The shower had a slight issue; the showerhead was clogged and kept dripping after use, but the hotel maintenance fixed it.
The race-day breakfast was decent, with a croissant, a muffin, milk, and an apple.

GGuest UserLocation: This hotel's location is a true gem. It's just a two or three-hundred-meter walk to Zhenning Road Night Market. Zhangye Street Pedestrian Street is a bit over 1km away, about a 7-minute bike ride on a shared bike. Xiguan Subway Station and the famous Dazhong Lane Night Market are also right there on Zhangye Street.
Service: The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They’re always ready to help and even assist with luggage. Vicky and Gillian, in particular, were wonderfully enthusiastic and always smiling; their cheerful demeanor was contagious! The food recommendations were fantastic: Hu's steamed buns, Jinmai beef noodles, Hejiahe, the flatbread across the street, and a cage of steamed buns. Du's grey bean porridge was also quite good. They even have a fridge for storing food and can microwave it for you, which is just amazing – it feels as convenient as being at home.
Stay Experience: The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the bedding is very comfortable. The room is quite spacious and quiet, which is a huge plus! There’s also a laundry room available.

The in-room office facilities are complete, and the internet signal is stable with fast speeds, making it very convenient for handling work. The gym facilities are also new, allowing me to relax after work. The staff member, Mikex, was professional and efficient, perfectly meeting my business needs.
