The breakfast was fantastic, and the seafood buffet for dinner was also great. Staying on a high floor, you can watch the Yellow River flow by below, with sheepskin rafts and speedboats on the water. If you're coming to Lanzhou, you definitely have to stay at the Hyatt and enjoy the view from the sofa. The hotel's service was also excellent, a definite highlight. Oh, and the minibar in the room – all the drinks in the fridge were complimentary for the first round!"

Right outside the hotel is the famous Dongfang Palace Lanzhou Beef Noodle restaurant; I ate there three times during my three-day stay, trying various Lanzhou specialties."

"I have to give a perfect score for my business trip stay! It was raining and the temperature dropped in Lanzhou on the night of my check-in, but luckily the hotel service completely saved the bad weather. Initially, the hot water in my room on the 48th floor wasn't hot enough, so I contacted the front desk to switch to another room on the same floor. The duty manager, Mia, showed me other rooms on the same floor and tested the water temperature. When she found that none of them met the standard, she arranged for me to move to the 36th floor. She even pre-tested the water temperature in the new room and helped me move all my luggage. The whole process was efficient and gentle, truly making me feel at home. I highly commend such professional service and will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Lanzhou!"

The rooms are clean and tidy, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views. I booked a room without breakfast, but the front desk noticed I had a child and kindly offered us two complimentary breakfasts, which truly warmed our hearts. If I ever come to Lanzhou again, I'll definitely choose this hotel."

"I went back to Lanzhou for the Spring Festival and stayed for eight consecutive nights. This was also the hotel I booked after reading reviews before traveling. After checking in, I found it was really good. The front desk was very enthusiastic. I originally booked a double bed room. When I saw that I was with my child, I immediately said that I would change it to a twin bed room. The room was large and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows and air conditioning. It was cleaned in time every day. Fruits and coffee were given free of charge during the Spring Festival. The experience in all aspects was in line with the five-star standard. I recommend that you consider staying! In addition, the restaurant of the same name next to the hotel is delicious and the private room environment is comfortable. I ate several meals in a row, and both adults and children liked it very much! The hotel has a superior geographical location. The Tuanjiexincun subway station is 100 meters to the right of the door. The Jinqiang beef noodles next to the subway entrance must be punched in for breakfast every day! It was a perfect experience!"
