Hotels in Lanzhouxi Railway Station/Zhongtianjian Square, Lanzhou

I stayed at this hotel several times last year. It's close to West Station, and while the facilities are average, the service used to be great. This time, however, the biggest impression was that the service has really gone downhill; it felt like a small guesthouse rather than a standardized chain hotel. I arrived in the morning, and the front desk staff didn't even ask what room type I'd booked, just flat-out said there were no rooms available and I couldn't check in until 12 PM. This isn't the service I'd expect from a HUAZHU hotel.

Second stay here, and it's as good as ever. The laundry facilities were really convenient; I managed to wash all my clothes from the Grand Loop. Charging the car was easy, the bedding was comfortable, there were plenty of dining options, and the environment was excellent.

This stay was a truly pleasant surprise! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with our luggage. The room was larger than expected, with a cozy layout, and the cleanliness was impeccable – not a speck of dust even in the corners. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including some delicious local specialties. They even gave us a thoughtful little gift when we checked out. Fantastic value for money, I've already recommended it to my friends!

Stayed here on two separate occasions for a total of 3 nights. The location is great, right in the old town and it’s a lovely area to explore although it’s about 8-10km from the main downtown area (not a problem for me). Staff were very friendly and gave me their WeChat upon arrival so I could contact them if I needed anything. Room was clean and had everything I needed although a fridge would be nice! Decent breakfast too.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great value for money.

The room was spacious and the facilities were new. The service was very attentive, and parking was convenient. The lovely front desk staff even guided me to the parking lot, which was a great help. It's very easy to get takeout or go sightseeing from here. Bottled water in the room was plentiful, and the hygiene was excellent. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

Great location, just a 5-minute drive from West Station, and they offer a shuttle service to and from the station. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower in the bathroom had excellent water pressure. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting with luggage. The pork noodles for breakfast were absolutely delicious! It's also close to city attractions. Highly recommend! ^

對一切都特別滿意，公共空間和房間的裝飾都比較的簡約，雖然大面積的使用黑色，但是並不覺得壓抑，反而很有美感，沉穩又大氣，另外要特別誇一誇工作人員。事事有迴應，嗯，很快幫我搞定了手機投屏的事情，還借給我指甲刀用，基本有什麼需求，10分鐘內就會出現，並且快速幫我解決。房間非常智能化，採光也很不錯！唯一缺點可能是門口容易被車擋住，找不到進去的地方

The hotel is located very close to the Lanzhouxi railway station , it serves the purpose of coming and leaving from Lanzhouxi. The hotel was kind to provide shuttle service to and from the railway station. It's close to the Gansu museum. We had a short visit to Lanzhou and this hotel suits me. Hotel staff were kind to assist you. The hotel is clean. A new fresh up renovation will be an asset. I needed extra water, someone delivered it personally, greatly appreciated.

This hotel is quite close to Lanzhou West Railway Station, about a 10-minute walk. There's a bus stop right outside, and you can find restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores nearby. It's especially convenient for travelers in transit.
