The hotel is located in Lanzhou Old Street, offering a quiet retreat amidst the bustling area. The surrounding greenery is lovely, and it's super convenient for shopping and dining. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the rooms are cleaned promptly and thoroughly. They're also generous with the complimentary bottled water. The only slight drawback is that the restaurant's fruit selection is a bit sparse, and they didn't have seasonal fruits like peaches or cherries. The oranges, in particular, weren't good this time of year – dry and lacking juice. Overall, I give it a five-star rating.

I stayed at this hotel several times last year. It's close to West Station, and while the facilities are average, the service used to be great. This time, however, the biggest impression was that the service has really gone downhill; it felt like a small guesthouse rather than a standardized chain hotel. I arrived in the morning, and the front desk staff didn't even ask what room type I'd booked, just flat-out said there were no rooms available and I couldn't check in until 12 PM. This isn't the service I'd expect from a HUAZHU hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the Lanzhouxi railway station , it serves the purpose of coming and leaving from Lanzhouxi. The hotel was kind to provide shuttle service to and from the railway station. It's close to the Gansu museum. We had a short visit to Lanzhou and this hotel suits me. Hotel staff were kind to assist you. The hotel is clean. A new fresh up renovation will be an asset. I needed extra water, someone delivered it personally, greatly appreciated.

All the details reflect Atour's pursuit of perfect quality. I arrived at Lanzhou Station in the evening and had to catch the train the next morning. So I booked a hotel as close to the station as possible. It's only about ten minutes' walk away, which is great, no need to take a taxi. The hotel environment is also relatively clean and sanitary.

The room was great, with a good layout and plenty of natural light. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby, and the recommended local specialties were excellent – beef noodles, hand-pulled lamb, milk egg sweet fermented rice, and the Fangha sweet germinated wheat milk tea were all fantastic. It's only a 10-minute taxi ride to the high-speed train station, making it very convenient for getting around. Highly recommend staying here!
